Ok food but expensive and employee at counter giving drink cups out that they keep lids at counter. Doesn't say a thing so everyone looking to fit 2 other lid size they had out on cups. Ya think after first couple people come looking for lid you start giving or put some at pop dispenser machine.Was there 30 minutes and watched probably 20 people digging for lid...
I came here at 2:45. I told them my order was for here. My name is called, the kid threw my bag on the counter. I asked if they could make my order for here as requested and they told me they only package food to go now. The dining room tables were dirty, there was no toilet paper in the restroom. I ordered a caesar salad there was no romaine. It was 95% kale 5% spring mix. The manager walked by me to fill his drink and didn't even make eye contact with me. Usually management will stop at the table to see how things are. Very disappointing, I will not be back.
I have never been to Noodles and Co before. I used an UberEats coupon and decided to try Noodles. I had the Pad Thai, small salad, and the flat bread. It was all very good. I will def try the restaurant in person. I always had a vision of a dish of high priced noodles lol. I was very surprised and pleased with the variety of pastas. Bravo Noodles! Sorry it took me so long to experience your cuisine.
I didn't care for the chicken Alfredo, Manager saw it on my face(amazing client relations) & asked questions to find out why, then he gave me a recommendation that I really enjoyed and served it to me personally with his apologies. I was going to leave and review accordingly, but I'm glad as far would have it, he was the savior, not only for your brand but for what an exemplary representation of your company is!Thank you!

Great Food, love this place. Buffalo Mac and cheese, and Pot stickers are my go to every time.
We came in, waited in line and as we were about to order at 6:20 p.m. we were approached by one of the ladies working there who told us that we can't place our order because they're closing at 6:30. p.m. First of all, the information about this location states that they close at 7 p.m. Secondly, you don't just tell a customer to walk out when the doors are open and you're still serving other patrons. After we walked out, others were coming in and waiting in line only to be told at the order counter that they were no longer taking orders. We will not be coming back to this location. A lot of angry and hungry people came out of that place.

This store hasn't been able to get the Japanese Noodles right in months. They are always under cooked and under sauced, or very over cooked and withered looking. Either way they haven't tasted right in a long time.
Very sad Noodles removed the Steak Stroganoff from its menu. The staff at this location are very friendly.
