5/17/22 McDonalds on Route 34 Oswego, arrived at the drive through line at 10:35PM the car ahead of me ordered I pulled up to order no one spoke over the intercom, I figured they were putting together orders. I waited appox 10 minutes and nothing so I pulled up behind the car that ordered in front of me as they were paying, after they pulled away I pulled up to the window thinking they hadn't turned there mic on the time was 10:53PM. the person in the drive through window shut and locked the window. No respect for customers that were waiting in line to order well before closing time !! I wont spend my money at a place that doesn't appreciate and respect its customers.
This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area! Every time we order through the drive through we have to pull forward and wait 10-15 minutes for our food. Half the time it’s cold. We pulled forward one time and waited 15mins. We had to call and ask them what the hold up was. We had to repeat our order over the phone to them. Thinking forgot about our order and forgot we were out there. On top of being told to pull forward to wait my wife gets home and they forgot to give us a sandwich. So frustrating!
I never leave reviews but I had to this time This location has the worst service of any other McDonald’s I’ve been toI waited in the drive through lane for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I asked if anyone was working. I placed my order and the quarter pounder I ordered was put together like 5 year olds are working in the kitchen. This location has consistently had bad service since day one of opening, lack training and management supervision obviously are the problem.This isn’t he first time the service was terrible but it will be the last for meI would leave less then on star if it was an option
this was horrible ontop of that they forgot our hashbrowns like can I get some coffee with my ice please?
This McDonald's is worst I've been to. 9 out of 10 orders something's missing. They prefer to do the online orders before the ones from customers standing at the counter. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns and it took 23 minutes to get it and it was missing a sandwich. I told the employee and she had one made in 45 seconds. Going to drive past this one and go to another one because this one is garbage.
Good experience with staff as to customer service. Made several mistakes on our order. Clearly stated all that was wanted and still got it wrong with 2 items. $15 per hour should require a little more attention.
Quick and easy, like fast food should be.
They make cust have masks but cooks have them all they way down
The like is deceptively short because everyone parked is waiting on their food. Don't trust it it's a trap!
Good job to all.....this is my favorite McDonald's. Drive thru is quick, efficient and my fries are always HOT. Indoor dining is great, restaurant is always clean, order prepared fast, food always hot and staff very friendly. 5 stars to the manager Jamie you have an excellent crew.
