ordered on app made a mistake called right away to try to fix the problem no one answered the phone very confused how they make money never answering the phone as I called 6 times over 20 minutes I guess if I ever order again it'll be from another pizza company I get making people order through app but what happens when a mistake happens as there's no way to contact on app I guess they don't care and neither does the franchise save yourself the trouble and order from anywhere else
Wings are so small from a third world country. Pizza was cold
Terrible second time I show up to have my order completed not in their system but yet charged and they won’t even help at store so rude

Online ordering wasn’t working on the app so I tried calling 3 different times and was on hold until the call just ended. I went in to place a order in person and they were closed. It was 2pm on a Wednesday. Terrible service

Very understaffed, usually you have to wait eons for your pizza even while ordering
Will not be ordering again. Second time that I've received the wrong order when ordering delivery. First time I let it go. This time I attempted to get ahold of customer service and was unable to speak to anyone - just left on hold. Terrible service. Waste of my time and money.
Waited on hold for 30 damn minutes and no one answered. Im sorry that place aint that busy right now. I drove by and kids run the place. Wont be back. No masks worn. Kids are extremely not trained properly. Also super poor customer service. Kids look like they wanna die working there.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Never answer the phones, you go into the store and it’s empty those kids that work there need so be trained a little better. Recommend the west and east side of Aurora locations instead of this one. Save your time and money.
