Order placed online at 11:55am. It's currently 1:35pm and I still do not have my food.
Just stop ordering from this location. I've ordered 5 or so times in the last few months and they can't get orders to you in less than 45 minutes. I've had to cancel several orders and they don't even apologize. If they can't get the orders out they should call people and stop taking more orders. Ever since they switched management at this location it's been absolutely horrendous. Never going here again.
Very poor delivery. Waited 50 minutes for my sandwich. Turns out they just left it sitting on the front porch in 86 degree weather. Did not hear the doorbell. They did not try to call or emails, despite contact information for both. Would not order from this location again.
August the 4th I ordered food for my parents and I. Well after about 35 minutes food says it was delivered, yet we had gotten no food. waited another 15 mins and nothing. I called and it went right to voicemail. waited a bit longer and we STILL hadn't gotten food. I called once more since no one got back to me and someone answered. I explained how we ordered food and never got out order and on the other end I could hear a man claiming he didnt know HOW we didnt get our food, he rang our doorbell, he swore he delivered it. I ended up asking for my money back and hopefully it does actually happen.Id like to note I did double check the delivery address was correct, and we had a visitor earlier during this time frame who rang the doorbell, so our doorbell DOES work.I like jimmy johns a lot but I mean maybe he delivered to the wrong house, but to flat out say he has no idea how we didnt see the food, he doesnt know how we missed it, hes sure he delivered it- could have just double checked it was the right info or something idk-
The quality was to be expected, but the accuracy is atrocious. Ordered lunch online for the kids & friends today. Only one of the five sandwiches we ordered were correct. ONE. All the others were missing or not asked for parts. One had another's ordered peppers. Two had items on it specifically requested to be removed.How does one mess up an online order that badly?

Awful service, someone tell those workers to actually do their job and stop standing around when you have customers waiting. Do your job!!! A customer shouldn't have to sit there and wait for a sandwich to be done when all the workers are just standing there and haven't even started it. So much for "freaky fast". Must be all the people who couldn't get jobs at Jersey Mikes down the road. Disappointing.

Although I normally love Jimmy johns, today they forgot a couple ingredients on today's sandwich. This was very disappointing after driving all the way there. I think from now on maybe it would be best to go to the other Jimmy John's location
