My server was prompt, friendly and smiling. The food was okay, not great, not bad. I ordered biscuits and gravy, eggs over easy, sausage links and hash browns. The food was hot and the biscuits were good but they looked like flat English muffins, not like biscuits. There was no sausage in the gravy just the links on the plate. The plate I ordered was $10.99, I guess that's reasonable but I thought a little high comparatively.
Took my grandchildren (3) to breakfast Sunday 3/27. All 4 orders messed up. Waitress does not write anything down. I ordered coffee and water...no water later had to ask for clean cup as mine was full of coffee grounds. One had to ask for his pancakes...one ordered eggs over easy... received scrambled which she does not like. Waitress seemed surprised that she did not order so nothing done. I ordered over easy and they were not over at all. Still very raw had to send back when returned all they did was flip still raw...unable to eat. Last order was original pancakes with choc chips. What came was pile of choc pancakes with whipped topping and choc syrup. Not your favorite breakfast. Of all the places I took my grandchildren this was the worst. So much money and not one good meal and service was questionable. I do not know if she was following protocol. Cannot say one good thing. Feel so bad
With new owners. Place got a lot better. The poblano omelet was delicious. Will go back again. Also the crepes and hash browns were great too.
Food was delivered to the table cold, one person at the table didn't get their food 10min after everyone else was served. Server and management was nice and when I told the manager about the incident he comped my sons male.
Although there were 8 of us in the group, the place was hardly busy. We waited more than 20 minutes just to order drinks, when we said we wanted water and coffees when we were seated. We got some of our drinks just before the food was brought 50 minutes after we were seated. Of the 8 meals only one was served hot. When my sister asked about the temperature of the food, she was told, "well, look how long it took to get it"I don't think that this is a good family restaurant or one for Sunday breakfast. The wait staff was bossing the one I assumed was the manager. I wanted to talk to him about the service but she told him to leave.
This location gives IHOP an extremely bad name. It says on the outside that it is open 24/7 but it closes every day at odd hours usually after 3pm. There is no signage or explanation on their random closures just the fact that management has locked the doors.They need to send corporate to this location to investigate things asap!
Excellent service, didn't wait long for my food and they checked in on me to make sure i was happy with my meal.

You can definitely tell it's under new management! WOW what a difference & all for the better. Great service, great food!
