Had lunch dine in. They have about 6 lunch specials for $8.95, you pick one entree and one side. I had the small pan pizza with sausage and a side salad with an ice tea. The service was friendly and quick. The room is quiet as I like to read during lunch. The food was delicious and the correct temperature. I will definitely return.
We had the Italian beef sub and the chicken parmesan with pasta. They were great. Service was good.
I hate leaving a bad review, as I like Giordano's. But this location, in particular, I tried placing an order for delivery over the phone. Someone (I think named Bruce?) was very sassy and rude and said "we don't do deliveries over the phone." We have a new address that won't register with online orders. Lou Malnati's, on the other hand, WILL take orders over the phone for delivery.
Paid over $17 for 6 wings … when I called and asked if this was a mistake she said they raised their prices from $5…. I get everything is going up but … you raised your wing prices by $12+ and only give 6? I knew I should have ordered lou malnatis
I ordered a medium thin crust with extra pepperoni and half jalapeño about half an hour before they closed. The pizza was a touch underdone for my liking so the lady at the counter offered to have it cooked for 3 more minutes. Turns out she was the general manager. Super sweet and friendly. It’s nice to see a place go above and beyond right before closing. Apart from the awesome service, the pizza turned out to be really solid. I was really impressed with the overall experience. Way to go giordanos oswego!!!
The food here is really great! I really love their menu and I am really amazed with their incredible pizza. It is so thin, cheesy, tasty, full of toppings, and the crust is really great. Their pizza is really way better than other pizza around the area. This place has the best signature deep dish pizza in the whole area of Oswego. If you are here in this area you must really visit this place and give their food a try. The menu here is really great. The rest of their offers was excellent. They also have pasta, appetizers, desserts, side dishes, and others. You will absolutely enjoy this place as well as their deals. I recommend to go and visit here earlier to avoid long lines and also when the time that the place is really crowded. Giordano’s is really one of my favorite places to eat and visit at this area. They are really great and even in terms of accommodating the customers. All of them are really nice and decent. They all know how to properly talk to the customers. Also in times that their customers really need an assistance. Outstanding service. Giordano’s is the place to be! Thank you guys for giving me so many reasons to go back and visit again. The food was great! We originally ordered pick up and decided to dine in. We had a deep dish pizza and it was delicious and the cheese was so melty and stretchy and the crust had crispy edges! They did not disappoint on their signature deep dish pizza which is one of my favs.
The pizza and the rest of the meal was excellent. We waited for it a little longer than anticipated. But, overall, it is a very good place to eat.
Yum! Had a gift card and had to get a deep dish pizza. Everything was super delicious and the employees were all kinda and helpful!
I have not been to this location in awhile since it I do not live in the area. I came with my family after watching a movie around 7pm. I understand it was pretty late, I also have worked in customer service and understand we have our bad days. But I was sadly disappointed with the customer service as soon as I walked in. The girls at the front I felt were ignoring me and my family. I had to wait until someone looked up or walked passed me to finally ask how long it’ll be for a table. While trying to make a quick decision one girl walked away and I had to called her over and say I would wait. After that I just felt uncomfortable and decided to order a pizza to go instead. However, the cashier taking my order was really nice. The rest of the front girls just had a bad attitude and looked like we were inconveniencing them. Maybe It was just a bad but day. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt.
