Always extremely rude and they never get my order right. Done eating here. Whatever tho their food is extremely mediocre lol

Horrible customer walked in waited about 5 minutes or more empty inside one car in drive thru if I wouldn't of screamed or asked for help I would of been a ghost in there horrible customer service needs to be addressed bad I know it's empty in there but come on manners plz... horrible employees.....
Ordered through the app for the 1st time, picked up and I was surprised that it wasn't anything I ordered. Called them, they said, yeah we didn't have what you wanted so we gave you whatever. Basically, paid for something I didn't order and didn't want and they pretty much told me I'm stuck with it. Never will go here again.
Went there this morning and bought munchkin donut holes to take and drop off at two different friends house and a donut for myself. Got to the first house to drop off one order and to my surprise they were just thrown in the one bag that I got! All my munchkins and single donut just tossed in a bag. I cannot believe they just threw all the food in one bag. Last time I go to that store.
Just moved to this area a couple months ago, and am disappointed in the service each time we’ve gone through the drive-thru. Every single time we order donuts it’s as if they shake the bag before they hand it to you. There’s more frosting on the inside of bag than on the donut. Literally, every time at least one donut is actually stuck to the bottom of the bag. Will be driving out of my way to go else where to spend my money. Just terrible. ?
