I ordered two orders of garlic knots and it took 45 minutes to get them…..more than half of the staff and the MANAGER are not wearing gloves or masks. Ridiculous never coming back to this location.
Ordered 2 large pizzas and both were very over done. However the delivery guy was phenomenal. Was very disappointed.
Orders are always messed up. Order are never prepared to your liking. This store has a big issue following labeled written orders.
Pretty good if you can actually place an order. Ordering online is off, you call, rings, then hangs up on you. All all Domino's in the area going out of business?
Ordered a pan pizza made two people seriously sick called and spoke with manager and all he said was thanks for letting us know. This family will NOT b ordering any more pizza from Domino's.
Most times their fast and on time, beware of ordering on Friday n Saturday night online. I waited an hour than called n was told it would b another 1 1/2hrs. That was a Friday night on the following Saturday it took 46 min for my food to b delivered n it was Luke warm n the one pizza had slid all over on top of its self. Otherwise they have good service n their drivers are really nice. I had Jack tonight real nice guy. In store pick up I’ve nvr had an issue w so just b warned of Friday n Saturday that it may take a long time n the app doesn’t tell u how long it will take
I really like Domino’s Pizza but this particular one is horrible. This was the second time I experienced terrible customer service and my pizza was terrible. One lady told my husband to go find another pizza place to order from because she got our order wrong. On both occasions our all 4 of are pizza burned, and the order was wrong. The first time it happened I just thought it was due to staffing shortages I let it go. When it happened again and the young lady got out her body being disrespectful well I’m done. I will taking my business elsewhere it won’t be Domino’s Pizza
I ordered pizza last week was delivered in 1.5 hrs. They were kind enough to send me points for my troubles. so 2 days ago ordered my free pizza with my points. Never showed up my address is 5 mins from store and driver was no show 45 min later I canceled my order no pizza no points refunded and very unhappy customer. no compensation for horrible service 2 times in row.
Probably the worst dominos I've ever been too but i had no choice since it was the closest one at the moment. Ordered my food an hour and a half a head finally go pick it up to find it's not even baked yet a ton of people waiting for orders and people lined up in the register and the female employee didn't even acknowledge the people waiting horrible wait time never ever plan on going to this place again order food at 8pm just to get it at 10pm worst customer service I've ever seen
Placed an order at 8:55pm for delivery. Estimated delivery time was 97 minutes. Checked delivery tracker at 10:30pm and food was still being prepped. Called to see what was going on and they told me that order was still made yet and they would start getting it ready in 10 minutes and then have a delivery driver send it out for delivery in 15 to 20 minutes. They did explain they were short on drivers but there could have been better communication. They did offer to to cancel the order and issue the refund. I cancelled.
