Didn’t know that the Chicken bowls now come with a leaf from a tree in it. Started to mix the bowl up and came across this leaf buried in with all of the ingredients. Wasted $10.00 on a bowl I will not eat.
When I first arrived here, first off the music was wayy too loud to the point where I had to literally yell to the employee to tell him what I wanted. Then a girl took over and she was about to give me the wrong item until I corrected her. I wanted to add more items to my bowl but she was not listening to me. Once, I go to the cashier she accidentally charges me for chips and guac which idk where she got that from. Mind you there where like 6 employees by the register and talking so loud. Heading to the exit door there were 4 more employees blocking the door which I couldn’t go through.Such a unprofessional and chaotic way place. Also, it wasn’t even busy I was the only one in line. Portion sizes suck and food was hard and chewy.
Chipotle, you need to train your employees better on food prep - my daughter is a huge chipotle fan, particularly the steak burrito bowl. Every time we come to this location, she ends up with piles of straight-up fat. See the pic - disgusting! Get your act together.
Ordered through DoorDash and was complete trash. My burrito was not wrapped properly. It’s was watery and the tortilla was soggy. My guacamole had some brown spots in it and I’ve never seen any other chipotle guacamole with brown spots. The burrito bowl was spicy and it was veggie with no salsa at all, so why was it spicy? Chips were hard and I’m just really disappointed. I tried calling their location, the automated service won’t ever get you to a real person. So their is no customer service at this location. I won’t be ordering again.
Always have great service. Easy to get in and out. Food is great most of time.Only issues are that sometimes the cheese accidentally gets mixed in with the guac (bad for people with allergies) and some items aren't available through mobile ordering so you have to go in to get them like vegetables for example.

I don’t even know why I keep trying with chipotle. I feel like the food is just bland and mushy no flavor what so ever. The carnitas taste like mush with a lot of fat. The rice is always crunchy and the guacamole… don’t even get me started like is it even guac? And then you turn around and add an entire container of salt on the chips damn near stopping my heart?. Honestly feel like the flavor profile has fallen off and it’s sad to say but tonight was my last night eating chipotle. Please do better. For all of you that still enjoy it God bless your taste buds.

Out of salsa, old chips, chewy chicken, what a waste of money!
Ordered 3 things. steak tacos, burrito bowl, and a burrito and when we got to the register the girl was really rude and was mindlessly putting things into bags, two of which that were next to each other so we asked if our bag had our stuff and she rudely replied “uh yeah” so we checked the bag and it seemed to have our stuff so we left. Just got home 30 minutes later we didn’t get our burrito nor get charged for it, so now we have to drive all the way back.and not to mention the taco had barely any meat on it, it was practically just a hard shell taco with some cheese on top
