Ordered 4 meals (3 chicken sandwich, and a kids meal). Only got 2 sandwich and the kids meal. Told the girl up front that I only received 2 and that they're missing one. Keep in mind, this is before I even left the drive thru window and was still directly in front of them. Was told "that's bullshit" etc etc. I even asked if they wanted to check the bag. Either way, I got the other sandwich but good god, fix your employees attitudes. Transaction number 5501 register 11. 2:15PM.
Its always busy and a happening place. At is definitely my go to for a quick chicken sandwich. It never disappoints. The stuff are friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. If your want extra sauce you will get plenty. The chicken as crispy and crunchy but perfectly moist inside. As far as fast food chicken places go, this one is near the top.
First chick-fil-A that I have EVER been to where I did not leave feeling good about my experience. Started off with the cashier asking me if I wanted my change, and then she had a look of surprise on her face when I said yes. I also asked for jelly and her response was I put it in your bag already did you need more? So I responded well I guess not I can just stop by home on my way to work and pick up some. She said ok thanks. Good food but the service here was not the normal chick-fil-a standard I am used to.
Food is amazing here! There is a lady who works here named Jennifer I think she's a team manager who came over to our table asked if we needed anything and was absolutely so pleasant! What phenomenal customer service!
I liked going back and back to Chick-fil-a each time I had time, especially at this location. But not until recently, when I had probably the worst experience I've had at this location of Chick-fil-a. I went to the drive-thru and I was really glad that time since the line was not long, meaning I would be able to get food quickly. So, I was talking to the staff, but I do not know why, unlike the other staff who are friendly and polite, the particular staff I talked to on that particular day was rude, and he did not greet me or anything, and I just proceeded to tell him my orders. I was about to be okay with it. I asked for 10 pieces of chicken McNuggets and the chicken McNuggets that were given to me were only 6. Not only that, because the sauce that was given to me was only 2 pieces with the same flavor. Although the chicken McNuggets are hot and delicious, including the fries that I also got, I just cannot skip the fact that they really messed up with that one. I would still go back, but definitely not sooner and not anytime soon either.
Have never had a bad meal here! Everyone is out there with their own chicken sandwich, but all the copy cats pale in comparison!
Some of the staff (taking the orders) need to slow down and actually listen to the customers orders instead of behaving like predictive text. I would like to finish my statement before I'm interrupted with a wrong guess is all I'm saying... the foods good though ??♂️. Annnd proof they need to slow down and pay attention... We've gotten free food there several times, because they just grab the bags and give them the closest car ??♂️ ?
Ordered through the drive thru. I asked for a number 1 with a coke and Chick-fil-A sauce. I got no Chick-fil-A sauce and my coke tasted horrible. I’m sure it was the soda machine but it was still disappointing plus my meal was not complete without the sauce!! Very disappointed but my experience with logan w was great nonetheless. I’ve seen him a couple times and because of his outstanding service I gave a 2 star instead of 1.
Bacon was raw not cooked fully and I got sick on one visit. 2nd visit I requested to have my bacon cook fully through the cashier said ok. Then when I got to the window the clerk said my manager said no we will not except your request I asked to speak to her then she said yes we do not honor requests. I explained about my prior visit no apology just no. Rude service to certain people ? and I took my business elsewhere. The cashier couldn't even look up to me. She kept her head down.
Their service was fast and they got our order right, staff friendly. The toys with their kids meals are much better than any other type of fast food restaurant give.
