Really would like to try this place, but my kids wanted DQ more. Sorry. When I'm on my own I'll try it, but I'll need to hide the evidence.
You spend $20 for two large sundaes you would think the orders would be right they weren’t. Usually I can just go with it but this time they put them in the bag and not mark which is what. This is the last straw. My last two times I’ve been here I ask for light fudge and again more fudge than custard. Overpriced product that has been a fail time and time again. Guess it’s time to try Culver’s.
How are you going to charge me for two extra toppings for each of the concrete ordered but not include ANY of the requested add-ons besides the sauce? You've already increased prices and now you're ripping people off without even giving people what they ordered? To top it off, the custard was already melting when it was handed off to us right from the get go. Absolutely horrible service from the night shift. Stay away from this Andy's unless you're going in during the daytime.
The custard was awesome. There was a little bit of confusion behind the counter on my visit. They seemed to be overwhelmed.l, otherwise it would of been a five.
I love this! it’s such a nice place too. Very clean…BUT i’ve found hair in my ice cream..and that is so nasty.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE andys and their staff is always excellent..BUT I don't understand why they will no longer put magic chocolate in sundaes??? I have always ordered a vanilla custard, strawberry, magic chocolate sundae.....why are they arguing and fighting me when I order my usual??? Can someone give me a solid explanation??? I just want the sundae I love ! ??
Andys has some VERY good custard with some fast service. Get whatever you want mixed into either vanilla or chocolate custard, all the way from waffle cone pieces, my personal go to, on the crunchy side to awesome and fresh brownies all the way to peanut butter! No matter what you're looking for, as long as it isn't crazy flavored ice cream, Andy's is your place to go. I recommend the app, you get a free treat afteryiur first visit along side more free treats as to spend and occasionally they drop in some bonuses. Good way to save some money and get some bomb dessert.
Y’all this used to be our favorite spot! We go here probably once a week. We just picked up our weekly treat and our normal concretes are truly “small” now! It was already more expensive than Culver’s but now it really isn’t worth the extra gas and money. Bummer!
The pumpkin pie frozen custard (seasonal) was absolutely amazing. The chocolate chip sundae was pretty delicious as well.
This Andy’s place was so amazing. My friend recommended this resto and I was only able to go yesterday since I had no work but it definitely did not disappoint. Their foods are all so delicious and mouth-watering. Their size portion is neat and all are mostly affordable. I ordered their ice cream, apple pie Sunday, coffee custard bar, pumpkin pie, and a chocolate drink. Would really, really recommend those for you to try. I also love their service. Their staff were friendly, kind, professional, cooperative and patient. they would talk to you properly and help you with your menu and even regarding about the place. Speaking of. Their place is also very great. Their interior is neat. This resto is cool, clean, unique and very organized. Definitely recommending this place! Great resto, neat people to be with and delicious foods to solve your cravings. Would definitely go back here again if ever I had my free time! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!
