Hot dogs are fabulous and the cheese for the fries is so good not some strange icky cheese you are given sometimes at other establishments. Definitely a hidden gem in Orland. I highly recommend and the staff is no nice and courteous. I never write reviews. But everything was so good, I had to!
Hidden gem just about a block off of lagrange road. Funnel fries were delicious. I tried a chicken sandwich the patty was a bit small but everything was fresh and tasted great, will try again. It seems like there was a line of regulars coming in and getting hot dogs, I will try that next time.
My parents and I got beef sandwiches for dinner. The kid who took our order and made the food was extremely cool; he took the time to share some history of Widen's with us, and was very hospitable. And the sandwiches themselves were to die for!! This will be our new beef sandwich joint! Great experience overall, thank you!
Mark is a great host and awesome business man . These guys actually have their own hotdogs custom made and the quality is out of the park ! the best fast food hands down in Orland Park!
Place has some good dogs sometimes with questionable toppings. Place has been getting more expensive but will continue my patronage
My dad and I refuse to go anywhere else for hot dogs! Better than portillos for sure !

The only reason it's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review is price; other than that I just love their dogs!!! Ordered their own Widens Dog Special a Chicago style with a fry and soda. It was a hot dog topped with a vegetable garden a generous small fry, and an ample small drink. At almost $7- it seemed steep to me but the quality was top notch. I'm wishing for a better special............ but if I have to I might spend the $7- again.
The best hotdogs made with fresh, quality ingredients. Tried several things from the menu and all were delicious. We stop by here whenever we are in the area and it never disappoints.I stopped in to pick up food and had my infant daughter in a carrier. The owner carried out my food to my car without being asked or with any hesitation. It was also packaged in a box so it would be stable for the ride and easy to carry home. Hospitality like that is rare and I can’t tell you how much of an impact that makes on a new mom.
