very bad the food is very greasy and smell bad the drink taste like water
It takes a while to get your food, but it’s always fresh. The people that work the drive through are really kind and they provide great customer service

The service here is incredibly slow, even by White Castle standards The staff is unpleasant and snarky. The burgers tasted like they had been sitting around a while.Save time and frustration and drive a few miles to the Midlothian location instead.
In line for 20 minutes before the person before me even was asked his order! I waited 20 minutes for a drink!
Everything was going well until I noticed everyone's order was coming up to evenDollar amount including my own,Later I checked my register receipt and noticed they round up my order with out asking me, they never asked anyone when I was there, thats not good, I give plenty on my own. Without it being taken from me at white castle.
Part of my order was incorrect but it was still fun to eat at White Castle again! Lol
I always go here…yes, the service can be slow but that’s because they’re preparing the food fresh compared to just microwaving it. So yes, the food is worth it to me. I’ve never had a problem with them. If you don’t have the patience, then go somewhere else.
Slowest drive thru EVER!! 15 minutes to get to the speaker, only to be "We'll be with you in a few moments"...? Decided to get lunch elsewhere.
There is nothing fast about this supposed fast food service. You literally wait so long in between each car ahead of you placing their order that everyone else in line outs their car in park. Avoid this place if you are in a hurry. Food not that great either, for the long wait.
