Hair in burger(baconator) and chicken nugget not fully cooked also received honey mustard dipping sauce when ranch was requested
I have now been waiting for a half hour in a parking spot for my food when we were only waiting on fries I called they said oh what was your order then proceeded to say oh yeah it’ll be out in a minute then 15 minutes later here we are I’ve used up more than my whole lunch waiting for my food. I now do not get to eat today because of the terrible service I received. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to eat at this location. The manager on shift should be fired because I’m not sure they know what’s going on
Had a Junior Cheeseburger carry out last night around 9:30pm and have been dealing with horrible horrible food poisoning symptoms since 3am. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I only ate a few bites my burger was cold and i’m still violently ill. I noticed the nuggets were undercooked and soggy too after my kids already ate some, but my kids aren’t experiencing symptoms yet from that so thank god. Very close to going to immediate care because of this to be determined.
On a weekend dining room closes at 11am and drive thru slower than a snail we saw 10 cars leave. Great way to loose business. Hope corporate sees this.
I go to Wendy’s around 10:45pm 5/25/2022 expecting to get a late night meal after a long day. I order a 20 piece spicy nugget and 2 large fries and when I get home to finally eat I realize that the gentleman at the window gave me 17 nuggets in total and 4 regular nuggets “mixed in” to that 17. Now look I’m not a stickler for this kind of stuff but when you spend $17 dollars on something so simple to make, you expect it to be right. I have worked food industry and other customer service and in my opinion this is just lazy. The fries were also cold to top it off. Just figured I could bring some attention to the matter to make sure it doesn’t happen to the next person.
Every single employee in here is smiling and being overly polite. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but they deserve better than the 3 stars I'm seeing.
I and my wife stopped in for lunch, friendly staff, burgers and fries put together very nice, very clean dinning area, very impressive for a quick lunch.
I Don't go to this establishment often .. but I asked for my food to be DROPPED FRESH ... They did it with no complaints ... The workers at the window didn't Speak to me at all ... And I value customer service ... I would have given 5 stars if someone who have just said HELLO or at least smiled!
Horrible it took five minutes to take my order there was no one in there but me. FOOD did not taste fresh and the pop mach gave seltzer I ask for fruit puch.
The service was slow. The cashier acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. It’s a group of young people not really interested in customer service. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got home found it cold, hard, and dry. I attempted to call to complain and was sent to a fax machine each time. These sandwiches are not cheap and there seems to be no accountability from Wendy. I’ve been to many Wendy’s but never gotten service or food like this. It’s not even edible. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there especially if you’re hungry.
