Our waitress was so nice and attentive. We really had a great time I will definitely be back.

Great food. Love the decor.

Great food, fast service, cold drinks

When my family and I arrived at the restaurant around 3pm, we weren't aware that we needed reservations and the wait was 30 minutes. But they manage to find a suitable table for a party five for us. So make sure you call for reservations ahead of time.My husband and I shared a Chicken Fajita for two. It came with rice, beans, guacamole, Pico de Gallo and shredded cheese. My grandkids ordered hard shell ground beef taco, chicken rice bowl, and tacos with rice and beans. It all tasted delicious. The hot sauce had a wonderful flavor with a little spicy kick to it. Served with homemade warm tortilla chips. The server Fernando was super nice and attended us well. The only negative thing was the bathroom. It wasn't clean and it also needed some maintenance attention.

Uncle Julio’s used to be a favorite Mexican restaurant for my husband and me - everything fresh and made in house. Today, the « bottom » fell out. The fish tacos were full of black pepper and lacked any other defining flavor. The veggie quesadilla should have been named: Onion Quesadillas! Onions rather than a blend of sweet peppers with a touch of onion. The mango-lemonade wasn’t available because there was no delivery today of the mango. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager. She listened to our concerns. Then she explained that recipe changes were top corporate decisions. We were not the only customers who had issues with the overuse of onions and seasoning. She comped both meals. We left a large portion of the food on the table. It’s sad when a chain restaurant makes corporate recipe ingredient decisions based on the cheapest products.

Overall a nice dinner night out and pretty great eats! While we did have a reservation- we ran about 13 minutes late due to traffic and a struck train - the Uncle Julio website / reservation site should mention the 15 minute window…The staff was great and our waitress Hailey / Bailey (sorry if spell wrong) was so great and sweet. We got our food ordered and almost everything went right - I think the culinary staff need a day off to relearn the basics - my mother asked for a chicken tortilla bowl but was served WITHOUT CHICKEN? They were quick to bring it out but how do you miss that? I ordered the Filet Mignonette Fajitas and for the price I paid I expected more meat on my place. I also ordered it with no beans and double rice - but I was served beans regardless and no double rice? Cmon kitchen staff?!They have a great fresh tortilla maker near the center of the restaurant- very cool! The restaurant is a bit dim, but there is plenty on the menu and good amount of space and the staff are welcoming for the most part! I’d like come back - with making sure I emphasize my ordered…

Went for my birthday! My sister in law made reservations ahead of time. We still had to wait thirty minutes to be seated. The whole experience seemed rushed. We had no menus. The waitress (bless her heart) made so many mistakes on our order and bill. Pineapple jalapeno margaritas were not garnish and in small glasses, while other patrons got the large glasses and garnishes. My brother asked for a small guacamole, and literally it was the size of a small ice cream scoop. My tacos were mediocre at best. Not worth the wait or price point. Taco bell is better.

Food was great. Wait for the food and seating was both long. No burritos on menu, but service was excellent. Restaurant looks nice inside. Upbeat music

I visited the restaurant for dinner, food was great, unfortunately they got my order wrong 3x's but the manager was extremely apologetic and he took the the meal off my bill. Talk about excellent customer service? It was superb! The mishap with my meal almost made the experience a total bust but after the manager stepped in without me even asking made it a pleasure to patronize this place. I definitely will return, I highly recommend their fajitas (chicken and steak) also their chips and salsa was excellent as well.

Used to be good. I wish I could give an update on the food. Could not be seated to to low staffing. I hope they get more help because this was a great place.
