My first time to buy with my mother in law today and It's so good. Good service as well ?
Went there for the first time today with my daughter and I walked out almost immediately. One of the rudest employee I had ever encountered. I asked the young lady what was the process for ordering a smoothie and the young guy behind her started laughing rudely. Needless to say I was upset and told him that he was rude and that it was my first time there so I didn’t know how it worked. He continued to laugh and smirk and I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills. Young people think it’s ok to be disrespectful and that is not ok. My daughter was very upset when I told her he had laughed at me. I’ll never go there again and I truly hope that a manager or someone from corporate reads this and addresses it because that is a bad representation of their business. I asked his name and as he was laughing I believe he said it was Erik or Aron. Whoever he is I know your parents taught you better. Have a great rest of your day.
I frantically ran after my toddler..Worker lmk my purse was left behind..Although I knew I left it, I was very pleased they did tell me..
My family and I came here to get some frozen yogurt, the girl at the register (dirty blonde hair and glasses) was looking at us kind of funny and told us to use gloves and sanitizer so of course we did, but she was a little aggressive about it. But what I don’t understand was there were 2 ladies in front of us getting toppings and they weren’t using gloves and then a mom and daughter entered the store later on and the girl at the register didn’t tell them to put on sanitizer and gloves. Then when my dad went to get toppings he didn’t know the use different spoons to grab toppings rule and the girl was a little aggressive at him, not too much just a little. And she was talking to him like he was a child. I don’t know if it’s a racial judgement thing because we’re a different race or she was just having a bad day but it was not a good experience for my family and I. I work with customer service/food and I get it, I know what it’s like to deal with customers especially the rude ones, but my family and I were just getting a frozen yogurt and not making and fusses.
Always wonderful. First time there with the granddaughter. She loved it ??
WE FELL IN LIVE WITH THE FLAVORS! AND I CAN EAT ICE CREAM(FROZEN YOGURT)AGAIN!
Half the flavors weren't on at all. Half of the ones that were on were just liquid. So that left maybe 4 functioning flavors. The fro yo was mediocre at best. They had no spoons for any toppings and we're pretty much out of the squirt bottles...I recommend going pretty much anywhere else.
It was the evening so I understand workers might be a bit tired since it’s the end of their shift, but when I entered the store it was NOT welcoming at all. There was only one girl working, and she was glaring daggers at me while I was filling up my cup. Not a single word and she just sorta stared at me the entire time. I could tell she wanted me out of the store already ?
Terrible service, I went in on Sunday with my mom and my daughter who is 6, she was adding her toppings when the RUDE employee snatched the spoon out of her hand and threw it in the sink, my daughter was not finished adding her fruity pebbles onto her frozen yogurt. I asked why she snatched the spoon out of her hand she yelled at me that she didn't, and told me if I didn't like it to LEAVE HER STORE! Sorry I didn't realize the store was owned by a RUDE maybe 20 year old! This employee should be FIRED! Is this how special needs customers are treated? There are lots of kids out there that maybe need a little more time to be independent, but are so excited when they can do something for themselves, even add toppings to their ice cream! She scared her, my daughters though she did something wrong. Her actions were in excusable! You don't need employees like that!
This place is disgusting! Dirt everywhere! Windows are filthy, floors were sticky and littered with black spots, countertops dirty with food particles. Food exposed with no safety measures in place. Staff was pleasant but sitting around on their phones. They obviously don't care about the cleanliness of this establishment. Go elsewhere!
