They ripped me off!!! I was there and paid my bill.. under 20 dollars. The next day at 11pm they charged my card 100.45 dollars. I am fighting to get my money from these people. The service that day was horrible.!!!! They charged my card without my permission & every time I call they know who I am and the general manager is never available! I called corporate and in pressing charges for Fraudulent charges to my card! This has been a nightmare avoid paying with your credit card!!!!!!!
Idk what happened to this place, but it's gone WAY downhill. The bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy no matter when I go. This time I had a burger an seasoned fry. The fresh were old and greasy an soggy. I asked for new frys and was brought a new plate of them, but they were from the same batch of soggy greasy frys. I didn't even bother to ask again. I'll go to the tinley park location from now on. Unfortunately this 1 is trash now.
Our server DITCHED us. She didn't even let us know she was leaving. We ordered desserts, and after waiting over half an hour, another server came over to our table with our ticket. We informed her that we ordered dessert, and she went back and got it for us. One order of our mozzarella sticks was cold, and another appetizer was overcooked. The desserts were heaven though, which is what's getting it the other star
Went here after my daughters graduation and the food we were served I would not give to my dog my whole family got sick after two bites and waitress told us we were not the first table to complain about the food. If people are complaining about the food why would u serve more people the same food had to pay $172 for food that we did not eat absolutely horrible experience will never come here again
My family and I went to Friday's Mothers day 5/8/22, we were seated at about 6:05 pm, there were only maybe 20 people in the whole place. Our waitress had an attitude when she came over to the table. She took our order and left, 30 minutes later she had not brought any water drinks napkins silverware nothing. We ended up leaving after 40 minutes. The service was terrible.
A complete joke. This is the second time in the last month that My husband and I have tried to come to eat at Fridays in Orland. We waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the host. During that wait there was a bunch of people started to accumulate at the front door. . Then we were told that it would be a 30 min wait for two people. THE RESTAURANT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. I’m honestly tired of giving this place a chance. We are DONE.
Terrible just terrible. Took almost ten minutes for a server to notice us to be seated. Then after waiting longer for our drinks, alll of the food was warm not fresh and hot, nothing tasted good and we were all disappointed with out orders. I order the long island iced tea didnt taste bad but immediately gave me heartburn and had me projectile vomit. Would not recommend to anyone with taste.
Food tasted very frozen. But sure if anything is prepared fresh, but it certainly does not taste like it. We had there once upon a time very delicious ginger lime slaw, and this time it tasted just like they poured the cabbage straight from the Dole bag, no nothing on it! Won't be going back.
Oh my! food was awful, they seemed like they were under staffed. The manager and server were nice and professional. We need to just cook our own food. We would do better than some of these restaurants. Tgi didn't even deserve the one star I gave.
Great service, the server was fantastic, helpful, upbeat, and bend over backwards nice, but the foid was disappointing at the very best. Menu was cut back, COVID-19 and all. But the food was god awful. Soda was tasty. And the service was fantastic, won't be back.
