Terrible. I went twice in 2 weeks. Both times the same young man says through the drive thru that the system is down. Doesn't Apologize or say how long. Just says system is down.Not sure if the manager knows this is happening. I appreciate it young kids working since everyone is short staffed but odd the 2 times this happened.

Corporate needs to take a look at the night crew. Went to this location AND Frankfort in the same night. Left both locations without food. They are turning customers away. Taco bell is going downhill. I will never go to a taco bell again after countless excuses as to why they cannot make an order.

I will NEVER go back to Orland Hills Taco Bell! There was a sign on the door that said “the dining room was closed”. The door was NOT let me repeat NOT locked. This obnoxious, rude“, unkempt woman/I think, started yelling at my mother if we could read! She/I think said the dining room was closed. All we wanted to do was place an order and take our meal elsewhere. I know it’s difficult to find employees, with a sign that says work today get paid tomorrow. But if the inside was not to be entered, they should’ve locked the front door. The customer service was pathetic! No more Orland Hills Taco Bell for us ever.
At at this Taco Bell and pricing on the board shows lower price but they tell you it’s more. “Oh the price is this now”. Wouldn’t you think to change your signs. BAIT and SWITCH. Go elsewhere. And this is ORLANDO HILLS. What is happening here!!!!!

Lunch time
I meet with friends this nice place a lot! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place many times. The meals are of high quality, the workers are helpful and the prices are good. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant for a rich dinner.
They barely speak English and they’re making fun of people that bad service and bad employee staff
