The service at this Starbucks was great ! Annabelle was very kind ,professional, and made my family great drinks very quickly. Very happy and looking to make this our favorite Starbucks!
So happy I paid for 6 dollars worth of ice, which didn’t even come close to filling up the Venti drink I ordered.
I watch them make my drink wrong three times and the was mad about it. The shift lead was no help doesn’t need her leadership position. Doesn’t put a name on the order so it was hard Who identifies which drink is your. Shift lead stated Sundays are always crazy so does that mean lack work ethic??

Absolutely delightful staff! Had a good chat with Samer specifically, even for a new guy he's doing a very fine job! Whoever trained him knows their stuff! Haha!
Many comfortable reading chairs. Large area for table use. Great coffee. Servers are the best that is true at all Starbucks. For me music too loud so I have ear plugs.
This Starbucks is my favorite! The baristas are always so nice and my order is always perfect!
Waited half an hour to get my coffee, repeated my order 3 times even then they got it wrong. The barista was rude the manager asked me how I wanted my coffee even though I had repeated each and every ingredient 3 times and even after that they messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it they wanted me to get in the line again. I wish I would have catch there names. But honestly really bad service
This used to be a good place with amazing staff and service precovid but now, for the most part, it's a bunch of rude kids with alot of attitude, long wait times and incorrect orders. I've never been so offended as I was today with the way the I was treated by both, a rude customer in the drive thru and associate taking our order. I've been coming here for years and very disappointed with the way things have been going lately. I miss the old crew, I miss the fast in and out, I miss the regular hours and I miss the sincere sorry for your order being wrong. Also, the attitude and eye rolls for getting the order wrong is annoying.
Looking at this locations reviews is really sad these grown men really expect the most from these low staffed employees who get treated poorly by these snobby privileged customers, if your complaining about waiting times in car lanes simply go to another Starbucks. Every time I order from this location I get treated with respect and leave with a smile. There hardworking and make good drinks. Dont let someone like kieth ruin your prospective on this location. Make coffee at home if you dont have The time to wait!!! Thank you to this Starbucks location for making my day keep up the great work!
