I was thrilled to come back here after I found out they don’t use lard in their donuts anymore! I was pretty bummed when half the donuts were sold out by 12 o’clock though. The donuts we did try were delicious as always! I ordered an iced caramel latte and this time was delicious, I like the strong coffee flavor but they aren’t always consistent. Overall, its a great place to stop by for a delicious donut and coffee and get some work done. The staff is also pretty chill and friendly.
The coffee and breakfast stanwich are phenomenal! 10 out of 10! By far my favorite breakfast sandwich anywhere. But the donuts - I don’t like them. To me they are over priced and dry. Their best donut is the apple cider donut that is a seasonal fall donut! However, their coffee is better than Starbucks all the way around! And the staff is super friendly!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!Stopped today, after driving by twice a day, hoping to get delicious donuts. It was around 2:20 and they were out of Boston Creme, and others. Ordered the lemon pistachio, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, plus others. $27 later I was excited to get home to try them. Most stale, dry, empty filled donuts I EVER TASTED. Apple fritters had less than a nickel worth of apple in them and as dry as the Mohave desert. None of the others were any better. As a matter of fact, the cinnamon rolls were hard and uneatable in every way. WILL NEVER GO BACK and will not recommend to anyone. I don't see what the deal is about Stan's. YUCK YUCK YUCK
Outstanding donuts. It's very clear why business in the area is moving from bakeries to here. We've been to some specialized donut shops, but these are the BEST donuts we've ever had. Really unique options and all fresh. We had a mix across the board of 2 dozen donuts and shared with my parents and kids. Everyone was super impressed. Nice little restaurant too--very nicely decorated. We will be back!
My wife and I visited Stan's on Saturday for a few donuts and to try their coffee beverages since we'd heard good things. I love their donuts, especially the old fashioned ones and this visit didn't disappoint on the donut side of things. On the coffee side, my wife got the caramel apple latte and truly enjoyed it. I tasted it too and compared it to what Starbucks gas to offer. Stan's blew them away. My beverage, however, was far from good. I decided to try my go-to Starbucks drink from Stan's: mocha latte with hazelnut. I'm guessing/truly hoping that my drink was just an anomaly and they messed it up, because it was truly awful. It was OVERLOADED with mocha syrup, and I didn't taste any hazelnut. But seriously, I felt like I was drinking syrup. Starbucks wins that battle, for now..The photo shows my beverage in which you can see just a wad of syrup stuck to the side..
Delicious large gourmet donuts, more expensive than your typical donut shop but it's definitely worth it.
Delicious donuts and coffee. Enjoyed in downtown and this suburban location is as good or better. Definitely busy on a weekend morning (shocker) so I definitely recommend ordering online for pickup.
Unique flavor of donuts, had high expectations due to reviews, I'm not a donut person, so donuts have to be really good to wow me. Purchased for hubby for Sweetest Day the plain donut, powdered donut, glazed donut and cinnamon roll one were ok. Pistachio, red velvet, and a lot of the unique ones with icing were way to sweet even for hubby and he loves sweets. Customer service was good, wait was not long. Was overpriced for an underwhelming taste. Will not visit again .update* after tasting the biscoff donut will give 1 more star..the biscoff donut was great
Nice Interior! A coffee drink is in the ~$4 range at the time of posting. Has an excellent assortment of seating, including diner booths. Definitely a place you can sit down for a while and chat or use the WiFi.
Very good donuts and frappe’s
