As with everything prices are up, but their lemon egg rice soup is delicious! A large bowl with rolls and crackers and butter is a meal in itself.
My sister turned me on to this place and it is outstanding and today I bring my husband we love it and their service is fitheir service is fantastic all the waitresses all the waitresses the cashier the owner great aren't great people can't wait to go back again
This place is amazing. Me and my hubby came here after a night about at essence suites and I wasn’t sure about it but omg. The coffee amazing. Everything is simple but done right. Price is completely reasonable if I wasn’t so far away from me I would come every week. My waitress was completely amazing. My coffee cup was never empty. My pics don’t do it justice. I was too eager to be fat and eat because the whole place smells amazing. Debi was our server and she is the nicest person ever. She had so many tables and never slacked on us. So if the owners are reading give that woman her props and I’ll be back for sure to ask if you did lol.

The managers are very rude, We asked for Rolls with our soup and they told us it's a 50 cent charge. When the manager came to our table he was very rude. We've been going to this restaurant for 20 yrs. They don't treat you like Family any longer. I left phone messages for the owner and never returned any calls.
This restaurant has been in Orland Park for many years. It is a very nice family restaurant with a large menu. It used to be our go to place for a good meal at a decent price which was close to home. A few months ago we went and the food prices increased and the food portions decreased. Unfortunately , the food also was not as good either. The reason for this bad review is because of what happened when i paid the bill. The owner informed me that he was imposing a 3% charge if you use a credit card.. He claimed that the credit card companies imposed the extra charge, not him. He knew me because I was a regular. I told him that no other restaurant in town did this and if he made me pay the 3% charge , I would never come back. I also will tell all the neighbor regulars what he is doing. He did not care if he lost me as a customer. Will never go back again.

Introduced friends to Southfork for lunch. I hadn't been there for 2 years, but knew it would be a great experience. Why? I'd enjoyed dining at Southfork for 6 yrs. COVID didn't stop the warm family atmosphere, great staff and chef. We were not rushed. Courses were hot & perfectly timed. We dined for 2 hours & enjoyed a LOT of coffee. Bottom line ~ Four more devotees. I'll return whenever I'm in town.
Their Food is tasty and well-prepared. The dinners come with Spup or Salad and you cab get both for an upchaege. Certain dinners come with ice cream or rice pudding for dessert. They have a fully-equipped Bar. Middle of the road pricing for family restaurant environments with a large Menu of choices.
