I wasn’t very “smashed” away with this place. The hype of this place opening has been my whole experience. I couldn’t stop talking to my wife about how badly I wanted to go. We finally got the money to go here because we knew it was overly priced since it’s in Orland. We ordered our food and sat down. Warned that our burgers we ordered were “spicy” definitely not. The fry cups were half filled and not even filled up to where a regular fry would be what it was called. It was more of a small fry if that. Burger was subpar and I’ve been places better. Kind of dissatisfied. Don’t know if I will return again but hopefully they will change in time.
I was super excited to try this as the closest one is downtown. 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 fries, & 2 drinks for $35 dollars? Come on. I can go to a hot dog stand for better burgers for $10 total. The burgers were SO greasy you could have a heart attack from all of that. Most likely wont return unless they do something about their greasy nasty burgers & horrid price tag.’
My sister went there yesterday and waited in a long line. Ordered her burger with no cheese. Got home and opened it It had no cheese and no Bun. This place is a joke. We won't ever go back there. That's the worst!!!!!!
First time visiting Smashburger. I got the Bacon w/ cheese smashburger w/cheese & red onions. It was great. I tried the rosemary smash fries. My boyfriend got the bacon brisket w/cheese Smash burger. He loved it. The burgers have a ton of flavor. I was impressed. We will definitely be back. The picture doesn't do it justice.
Never again! The food was subpar. My kiddo's chicken strips were burnt. The bacon on my burger was burnt. And the Haystack Onions were not only burnt, they had an unnatural, disgusting hue to them. The workers were highly unprofessional. While waiting for my food, I watched an off duty employee with her coat on, get handed over the counter, a half made burger in her bare hands. She inspected it, made comments and then handed it back over the counter to the on duty employee. Another employee was standing there sipping a milkshake. I highly recommend take your hard-earned money elsewhere!!
Best burger I have ever eaten. The staff was super friendly, it was my first time here. The BBQ burger I had was delicious, fries are great. Whole crew definitely deserves a wage increase.Next time I come to Chicago, I’ll be coming back.
Lady at the counter was very rude. The food isn’t worth the money. My burger had sooo much mustard it was overwhelming. My sweet potato fries had too much salt. The best thing my family got was the peanut butter milkshake my son got was the best part of the whole meal. The workers literally got into a shouting argument. Everyone stopped eating to see what was going on. Worse place ever…
The food was okay, but not really worth the price. The sweet potato fries were extremely salty, not really edibleThe inside was okay, not a lot of room to move around. The table was dirty before we sat down, and saw a couple other dirty tables, didn’t really make sense with such a small inside
Don't even have everything they offer on the menu... If you don't have it don't offer it plain and simple.
found a hair in my food! not to mention the 2 bites i had were overcooked and burnt. disgusting and unsanitary. threw it away. not a good representation of smashburger. the one in oak lawn is much better
