Really awesome Cupcakes. I just wish this location wasn’t so understaffed. They were sold out of every single cupcake well before closing time. Not to mention, the old business hours are still on the door. I was not in a mood to argue, but this location needs a little work.
Went to Small Cakes to purchase two tiramisu cupcakes.I was told there were only three left and I asked the person to put two away, got home And noticed there was whipped cream on the cupcake. This is not what I paid. for Will be calling Management in the morning.
So sad! Spent over $100 for a cake for my sister’s birthday. Picked up the cake on Friday afternoon and followed the instructions that were given. Woke up Saturday morning to this mess! Called Smallcakes and they said that once it walks out of the store they are no longer responsible! Called the owner Sal and left a message to discuss how unhappy I was but never heard back. So much for customer service! Luckily Orland Bakery came through with a beautiful cake for her birthday! Won’t be purchasing anything from Smallcakes again and I’m not a person that writes bad reviews !
I brought my daughter in to order a soccer ball cake and when we ordered it the employee said it would be an additional $15 to have the ball covered in fondant. When I arrived the soccer ball had been covered with regular white and black frosting and very messy looking. The black frosting was leaking into the white. I said I wanted a refund for the $15 and the manager said no. She was very rude. I got a full refund and left the cake. Terrible business ethic! I found a beautiful cake at Orland Bakery for a third of the price!
Grabbed the four cupcake special for Mother’s Day. We loved them so much the cupcakes impressed mom with the decoration of flowers. Each cupcake wasn’t overly sweet and was so moist and delicious. She shared them and the family ? Made The holiday so special. Much appreciated and look forward to getting more, thank you so much! ?

Picked up a cake for a friends birthday and it was pretty darn good. Got the strawberry shortcake cake. Haven't tried the cupcakes but they looked pretty.
I had the carrot cake cupcake, by far the BEST cupcake ever.
Disappointed with the service and the cupcakes really aren't worth the price. First and last visit there.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, this bakery ruined my son's birthday, they have not been response in trying to correct the problem and I'm starting to think there is another reason.
