Pizza was good. Pasta was good. But the lady was rude to us because we wanted to make our order a combo to save a little money. So when I switched it . It went from 20$ to 17$ because i knew that price wasn't right based on the menu. You'd think you would know how to save your customers a few bucks by making it a combo on the order touch screen. Instead of giving them an attitude about it. Also sliced my finger open opening up the tin foil box on the edges that are pressed down to hold the lid so be careful the edges are sharp. Going to the chicago ridge location from now on.?
Ordered a full NY cheese pizza before checking out I was told it would be a 45 min wait. They should really tell people it’s an hour wait. They claim to be busy but I’ve seen only a few rush of people they have 5-6 people behind the counter. It’s ridiculous to wait this long for a pizza. Not even at my local pizza place do I wait 45 minutes for pizza and they deliver to my home. Definitely disappointed in this place.
We ordered a large pizza and they told us to wait for an hour. When we got back to pick it up, they still hadn’t done it, and said that we had to wait another 30 minutes

Pepperoni pizza is so good & the strawberry lemonade is to die for! Taste better than Wendy’s strawberry lemonade honestly! Employees are also really nice!
I came to the mall shopping with my mom and we got hungry so we stopped to eat I wanted Pizza so I ordered some not only was it so greasy it felt like I was eating paper it was so thin and it doest even taste that good, other then that the employees were pretty chill.
They were already closing at 6pm. The employees were being really rude .
HORRIBLE service. the employees were so rude and the food was all burnt. never coming again.
Service and food were outstanding.
