nothing negative I could say about this place. they nailed it all.
Terrible service .Rude nasty attitude You have to repeat your order 1000x and they still mange to screw it up .Every time we order its drama and the order is messed up. Im so done with this place
the food was amazing ? I really enjoyed myself.
hostess and manager VERY RUDE. hostess, younger girl with blonde hair, made a rude and completely unnecessary comment about a person in my party during the mother’s day buffet saying “this guy has had 5 plates already” and when we said something to her and the manager they laughed. on top of this all food was cold for about $50 a person horrible experience will NOT be back to this location though server was very friendly and helpful. this location needs better management and hostess.
Very nice atmosphere, service is excellent, one thing I really appreciate is they allow me changes in the dish, I ask for additional ingredients or do not want something and it's always-no problem! My very favorite is the Chicken Lamone! It is excellent!!
I'm not normally one to take a picture of my food but I took one bite and couldn't help it. It's such a cute place. I love it! They're friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! I can't recommend it enough.
We came in during a busy hour on Saturday evening and our server was awesome, they kept the water and drinks full. We had to leave early and they more than helped us get out to see a show.I am looking forward to going back to try their coffee or expresso!
Very good red sangria. Excellent linguine clam and marina sauce. No skimping on the sauce and a little on the sweet side. Big serving of meat for the short ribs and very tasty. Huge shrimp. Our server Rodney was obviously very experienced and understanding and compassionate with the extra demands of our senior guest. Nice place.
We celebrated our 90'yr. old Dad's born-¹day there becuz we have Muslims that aren't vaccinated & this place doesn't ask for it. Okay, let's talk about the food. It was very reasonably priced. We had some of everything. What did I have you ask, I had a spinach-cobb salad,( G.E.R.D S prevents digestion of too many things to mention) calamari . It was great!!!!? Someone had salmon, wasn't particularly exciting . Glaze baked in, well-cooked is more his style; that dish didn't come close. Some had beef & pasta, spaghetti, mostaccoli, lasagna & caprese dishes, etc. Couldn't see the other end of table, but heard no complaints! Both beef & spaghetti people asked for more sauce. Didn't see a lot of Italian seasoning in spaghetti. Our server , Rodney was running like a chicken-with-its-head-cutoff. He needed some help. Seemed like he got a ittlele'perturbed' w/us, but we were 19 deep. Did ask Ed,manager, for someone to cut the cake, but ended up doing it myself to serve the elders first. Gave us plenty of containers to package cake. My siblings & family are really grateful that Riccovino's gave us a pkace to assemble & my Dad was able to 'smell the flowers while he's alive. Thanks Ed for that opportunity! I'll be back!!!
The food is just OK. I got the short ribs with polenta. My girlfriend got the chicken Parm. She had maybe 20 noodles on her plate. My polenta was cold and grainy. Not smooth. The sauce for the chicken Parm was super spicy I think they put the wrong sauce on it. The service was impeccable. That is the one saving grace. $80 for two people for dinner. Not the greatest value.
