I've been going to Red Robin for years and have always loved their burgers. Always thick with a great crust. We went there Saturday and I ordered my favorite for my free birthday burger. When it arrived it was cooked medium as requested but that's all that was right. The burger was HALF the thickness and no crust, just soft meat with no taste. Seriously no taste at all. My husband had a chicken sandwich he said was good and the fries were delicious as always. I could've sent back the burger but there was only one waitress (she was awesome) and two others we saw that brought out the food, and it just didn't seem worth it. I wanted a nice lunch WITH my husband, not him eat then I eat. I won't be going back. They're known for their burgers and they're not even close to the same as before. Prices went way up and quality/quantity went down. Not a winning combination.
Very disappointing visit. We stopped in with my handicapped father for an early dinner. The hostess stated there would be a wait. As I looked around the nearly empty restaurant, I said “Really?” She laughed, gave us such an attitude and eye rolling and said the other 2 sections were closed and said they were seating in the other nearly empty section. Another group came in and she stated to them it would be a half hour wait. My father, who is a recent amputee asked if we could be seated. She interrupted him, told him she will be with him shortly, then skirted back to the kitchen area, stood there laughing and quite obviously complaining to other employees. I found this so unprofessional that we walked out. As we were helping my father into the car, we saw the other group leave as well. We ended up having a wonderful dinner at Miller Ale House instead, with great service.
Yesterday was my first time eating here. Let me tell you that it was my first and last. I ordered a burger with fries and so did the rest of my family. Asked for it to be cooked medium and it was made well done. Fries came out cold like it was just taken out of the freezer and flash fried. The menus aren’t even updated. So don’t be surprised if you ask for something and it isn’t available. On top of it all, $70 for this disappointing meal. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Burger Kimg. Cheaper and better quality.
Today I had my first meal from Red Robin. The BLTA on a Croissant W/ Onion Rings. It wasABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!! This was possibly one of the Best Sandwiches I've ever had. Never likes avocado before, but, this wasn't overpowering. It just really enhanced the flavors of everything in the sandwich. Thanks for a taste sensation!!!!!!!!!!!
The food tastes good but whatever it’s made with always makes me and my husband feel sick so we won’t be coming back unfortunately.
Heidi was probably one of the best servers I had at ANY Red Robin!!! I’m not really familiar with serving but I know she like 9 tables and I was highly impressed. Thank you for the service and the wonderful food!!!
Had a great experience here today. They seemed to be very short staffed but they handled it well. The one server looked like he was working all the tables so props to him. We got our food fast. I got a wrap. We also ordered Mac and cheese, corn dogs, fries and a burger and everyone was happy with their food!
Update: "Visited again on a Tuesday in the early evening with my family. Kids all had kids meals with bottomless drinks and fries. Kiosks with games for the kids are a nice diversion before food arrives. Service was fast. Food was good. Place was a bit cleaner than my visit here a month ago. Service was very good. Thank you."I haven't been here for over 7 and before kids. Visited on a Thursday with my 5 and 6 year old sons. They really enjoyed the game kiosk with the free games. Bottomless sweet potato fries and regular fries are always a nice bonus. Burgers were 'okay'. Service was very good. Place needs a deep clean. Layers of dust on the light fixtures were a little off-putting. Hope to come back and find it a little cleaner.
Today I order from here food was great burgers was juicy I got the monster burger my sister got the mushroom burger my son got the tenders all was very good my sister said they should have went lite on the mushrooms it was to much for her but other there that I give it 5 stars we will be eating from here a again
My girlfriend and I went here yesterday and we both thought it was good. We were happy about the service we received. The waitress even asked if we wanted to refill our fries. Very filling and worth the price.BE AWARE: This particular place requires both vaccinations and i.d. before being seated. I personally don't think this is a bad thing but wish I would have known before going what the stipulations were because first the news says orland wasn't going to join the list of mandating vaccines and then we find out that this place was requiring them. It wasn't a problem because we were both vaccinated but it was a little inconvenient having to get our info to be seated.Other than that we both enjoyed our time here and the food wasn't bad at all. I really enjoyed my oreo shake could be better with a slightly bigger straw with the Oreo and chocolate chunks.
