On Saturday 4/30 afternoon my wife and I decided to have a sandwich, only 3 young ladies were in front of us when one of the two employees ( the guy ) yells out to us “to prepare to wait up to 30 minutes to get your food”.No apologies, no explanations…How can 2 employees take 30 minutes to serve 5 people?His attitude and the tone of his voice made us feel uncomfortable and highly disappointed. Good bye PB until your employees learn Customer Service skills.

ICE COLD sandwiches. The product hasn't been the same in months. This is coming from a long time customer. It's a bad day for Orland Park and a sad day for sandwiches. I only ate the sandwich because I felt bad for it. Level of disappointment: very high.

Well, I’ve ordered a sandwich with a lot of added ingredients, all I got is a sandwich with no additional ingredients slapped meat with cheese, mushrooms and no answer or call back when calling for 30+ minutes. Thanks for making a simple task look super hard! Do not recommend going there.
Ordered online, wife was picking up.Got 2 orders, but wife picked only one. She did go back asking for it, employee was rude, claims personally made the order and it's not her problem if someone else took it?
This location gave us great service. I had originally put in a big order for a different location that was going to close in 2 hours. I put the order in, paid, and went to go pick up…and I came to see that the place was already closed 2 hours earlier than what is posted on the door. This location was kind enough to take my order with no hesitations. Thank you so much for your great service!
This location is not toasting their sandwiches. The chicken was very cold. I've been coming here all the time but after the sandwich I had never again.
I have always had good experiences at potbellys, but this place just didnt cut it. My sandwhich was not toasted, just a cold bread sandwhich, bread a little stale. The bread was missing half of a piece on one side. Did not look appetizing or taste that great. Sorry, i dont like to sound mean but maybe they will pay attention more next time.
