I used to work at Panda as an area manager, and I’ve never seen a steam table closed faster than this unit. My wife and I got here at 8:20–they close at 10–and they had already closed the teriyaki chicken grill. The GM Martha was cordial but not inviting; I asked for fresh teriyaki chicken because only scraps were left, and she said no. I completely understand the difficulties of maintaining a fresh steam table when business slows, but you NEVER say no to a paying customer. Inappropriate treatment and terrible customer service.
I had a bad experience with this Panda I asked for a Big Plate and with the loud of the music they gave me a plate something I didn't order. But they lower there music they can here there c Customers butter and get the right orders.
If I could give this location a no star I would. This is the second time I have visited this location. Both times they did not have half of thier menu available. If you are not going to cook and have ready what is on your menu, just close for the night. Will not waste my time next time. I will just go some where else and I recommend you do the same.
Employee Gabby is quick on her feet. I came in today and was the only one inside around 8 pm. She was the only one filling multiple plates for the drive thru and online orders. She said "I'll be with you" which alone is a plus because many places don't even acknowledge you. It is understandable I waited a few minutes to be helped but it's no biggie, I think people who work with food are really underappreciated. It gets pretty hectic and I think most customers who complain have never worked in such a setting and don't know what it's like being bombarded with orders.
Good food fast.....not fast food. I felt better about eating fresh veggies and stir fried meats. Fast and friendly service at a good price.

The drive through is pretty great! Some people are a bit more curt than others but overall the customer service isnt terrible. Ive been to this location a few times now and the drive through has always been super quick.
Absolutely terrible. The manager is terrible, yelling at her workers while being absolutely lazy herself!!! I think her name was Martha or Marry, absolutely being terrible and not listening when I let her know my order was wrong. I drive had to wait 45 minutes because she kept ignoring me. Definitely never doing here, the one in oak lawn is so much better
Today I was planning on ordering a plate of orange chicken with white rice, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce. When I pulled up, they told me that they had no white rice, fried rice, but only brown rice. The brown rice I got was undercooked, chicken was cold, and instead of giving me vegetables, they put two small egg rolls that I am allergic too. I had never had this inconvenience before besides when they forget the teriyaki sauce. I am extremely disappointed after a long day of work!
My kids love orange chicken and broccoli beef and the egg rolls , delicious food and very clean place
