I love Olive Garden first of all, it's my favorite restaurant. The staff at this location was very polite, friendly and professional. The manager however was not as friendly or polite. We were taken to our seats and the whole area smelled like urine . Before we sat down I asked for the manager and I asked him what did he smell? He said that he didn't smell anything. I told him that it smells like urine. He said that he was sorry and that they have the carpet cleaned once a month. Then he said that maybe it's the cheese . Sir I can tell the difference between urine and cheese. Then he asked if we wanted to go to another table and we did but as I was going to the washroom I noticed that, that smell is all over the restaurant and they need a new carpet or No carpet. I am very disappointed because as I said I love Olive Garden and I believe that they can do better. They need to take out that old stinky carpet!!! They have good food and good staff except the manager but it's a nice concept and they should have more respect for the people who continue to support this restaurant chain. They have enough money to fix this in all their restaurants. TAKE THE DIRTY, STINKY CARPET OUT!!!
Food was delicious, our sever was on point and attended to us frequently.Food was brought nice and hot, when we arrived we were told 20 to 30 min wait, well we wait 15 mins so that was a plus
Ok we got there and it was our first time at this location it was my birthday and I was expecting decent service but in stead we got this server named Chris ?so the man was so polite and fast and talked with the up most respect I was like is this a dream we never get service anywhere we go like this I was impressed. ?this man Chris made my birthday experience so wonderful and I was so happy and the food tasted delicious Olive Garden should be proud to have a Italian employee like with respect and passion I will be going back and this place gets a 5 ⭐️ thanks for the birthday experience ???
Bad experience with food and decor seemed outdated and not kept up well.Service was slowBooth we sat in smelled and was discolored.Food was adequate but not served hot.This was explained to our waitress and we asked for manager but they were not available.For 145 dollars and tip I expect a bit more.I visited the Oak Lawn restaurant when it first open and had a wonderful time but I guess times have changed for Olive Garden maybe chef Robt. Irvine could help out.
They have no respect for any other religion and every time my family and I go there we get seated by the entrance to the kitchen; especially when there are empty private tables. The service is horrible and they don’t give you the correct wait time. Current management doesn’t care about customer service and doesn’t make efforts to make sure customers are satisfied. The previous owner respected all nationalities white, black and/or Mexican; Muslim and Christians or any faith.
This Olive garden is fantastic. Great service and wonderful food. Honestly I forget about olive garden as a excellent place for a great meal.Unfortunately I have been to so many olive garden restaurants and was disappointed. This was a complete surprise. I should have grabbed a pasta to go, tooWe both liked the flavored teas.So a big shout out to the staff at this store.
My friends and I often come here a lot to have dinner and we have never had a problem or anything to complain about because the food is always really good and the service is good as well. The only problem today was I heard our server talk about my friends and I to their co worker when I went to get up to use the restroom. We weren't causing a ruckus, nor did we leave a bad tip. We actually tipped fairly well because our server was very nice. It was just sad to hear being talked about behind our backs and makes us a little hesitant about coming back.
Had a wonderful time dining here! Enjoyed cocktails at the bar, prepared well; bartender was very nice. Ordered the Tour of Italy and the Chicken Margherita, both were delicious. Jeremiah our server was fantastic and funny! Found out he only started four months ago, great job Young Man!!!
It has been a while since I ate at Olive Garden and the quality of the food is below average. I always enjoyed it before many times. If this visit was my first time I would definitely not return. The chicken parm was chicken patties and way overcooked.My server Josh was excellent.
A very friendly environment! As soon as I walked in with my family we were greeted by the person who was in the front and he was super kind ( I wish I would’ve gotten his name) but he was the best. Our waiter, Arturo, was awesome ! The food was good as always ? this location never disappoints me !
