Sushi was great, especially for all you can eat. Only 1 waitress for lunch but service was ok. Would definitely eat lunch here again next time I’m in the area
The food is good and we have frequented this place many times because the food is good and that’s it! The service is trash. When I attempted to privately tell our waitress(who I suspect is also the owner) of the bad service and how disappointed we were she acted busy. When she finally came I told her of how bad her service is and she told me everyone loved her- not judging by these reviews they don’t! The cherry on top was one of the sushi chefs hacking up a lung and then continuing to hock up his snot to spit it out. I made it known that we heard it and said “is he he ok” to which she responded “yes everyone is ok are you ok”. I hate to write a review that would potentially have a negative impact on a small business but I just couldn’t ignore this horrible service and disgusting ambience anymore. There are many sushi places around please find another when searching; this place is not it.
I use to love this place when I was younger... but it's garbage now. They include a tip which is like 18% and other fees that didn't make sense. They didn't do this before and it gives the vibe that they are only in it for the $$$ at this point and could care less about what they put out/ service. The sushi also tastes off, like Marianos does better. It's a bummer but oh well, hopefully they fix it before they go out of business
Not a bad spot for Sushi. Food is good, pretty fast service and overall hits the spot. Sometimes I feel a bit rushed to pay and leave but I get it, they need to prep the table for the next customer. No hard feelings tho, will come back for some more sushi.
HORRIBLE service absolutely terrible…. Ate all my food and instead of placing my napkins on the table I put it in the plate so it’s easier for them to clean up and they accused me of hiding sushi!. Rude waitresses.. tried rushing us out. Only been eating for about 30 mins and they kept asking us if we needed boxes and how we are going to get charged AS WE ARE EATING. Someone needs to fire all the workers here and get new staff!
Service has really went down from six months ago.Extremely long waits for food and drinks, had to ask for plates and utensils. Never checked on us. Some of the food tasted funky.Then tip was included, for 2 people. ?Won't be coming back anytime soon.
We like their food but we hate their service. This short little witch with her short hair needs to go get laid. She has no manners. I’m not sure why would they have her up front. She needs to go hide somewhere in the back. I’m sure that they are loosing a lot money because of her. We are never going back there.I decided to learn how to do sushi my self or find a better respecting place.
rude service. not welcoming environment. disrespectful women that served my table and overpriced food that i can have a 3 year old make better. for the price of the food i expect higher quality. also ordered 2 orders of sushi and it was never brought out. the woman is at this old of a age and can’t properly take a order, wondering what this place has her there for. & to top it off they messed my order. im vegetarian and they added all this tuna and raw fish to my sushi when i clearly did not ask for that, and when i pointed it out she said “there’s nothing i can do” ? tf bring it to the back & get the dish i asked for. do not recommend this spot, hope it goes out of business?.
First I never write reviews but I felt I needed to let other people know about my experience, first we waited an hour for our food and when ordering I ordered the all you can eat and my wife just ordered 2 rolls and the lady who I think is the owner had the nerve to look at my wife and say no sharing. Once the food came no one checked on us at all I believe to keep you from ordering more of all you can eat. I seen our food was prepared but it sat in the window for 10 minutes with no one even bringing it out. I would say the worst service ever and I eat out a lot. In the end I asked for the manager to complain and the gentleman who I think is the other owner just ignored me, and lastly I’ve never been charged 18% for a party of 4 they did not deserve anything extra. If you are thinking of trying this place do not waste your time or money.
