The cashier that rang us up was pretty bland, as if she didn’t want to be there. Food was great. Better than any McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. I think the manager made us McFlurries. I wish she can train all the other McDonald’s franchises. It was the BEST McFlurry I’ve had in years.
This McDonald's has made a 180 degree turn from when I seeked service a year or so ago. It is now clean, open, operating normally and a place to visit often.GOOD JOB!
These people are unaware of what's going on around them..the most incompetent McD's within a 10 mile radius. They almost ALWAYS mess up orders. A lot of workers yet they're running like Chickens with their heads cut off.Got overcharged because they couldn't pull up my mobile order and had to input it manually but the manager didn't apply the mobile deal and instead got charged extra.they couldn't figure it out even after getting 3 employees, 2 of which were managers.I have more stories with this useless location. Don't come here, unless u wanna wait long, get overcharged and witness workers out of touch from reality. I contacted corporate waiting for a refund. So incompetent..they work in fast food and still can't get things right.
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, it is EVIDENT how unprepared & untrained they are. I got overcharged and wasted my money, and none of it was my fault. I am so sick of this specific McD's, and will NEVER EVER come back. I hope they get shut down ?
We always have issues with order at Macdonald,they never give us what we ask and pay...Always missing some food.We ask for plain Hamburger (NO cheese) and the first what we get CHEESE.
It was pretty busy when I went about 1 P.M. However, the drive thru was quick.
Very filthy definitely not coming back here tossed out my food after ordering some times it's worth to come inside and see how it operates people in the drive-thru don't know about this I think everyone should see Very disappointed talking about viruses shame on you McDonald's for your cleansing process
The drive thru speaker is SO LOW on the right drive thru lane, I don't know how the older crowd can order a thing! I have good hearing and I still had to have them repeat themselves multiple times. For the past at 2 trips I've gone here I can barely hear from the speaker box and I can excuse the first time if it had happened that day or something, buuut it's been a few months in between visits... ??♀️
I ordered only “1” item, a Large ? Fries and this is the amount they gave me for mobile app curbside pick up.Very disappointed in the lack of common sense of the blue shirt employee who walked it out to me for my son on May 11th at 6:07 PM.
I get it, it's a McDonald's you can't expect master quality but here's the thing, when I say 2 plain chicken sandwiches 4 times in a row and make sure they say back to me then then I get 2 chicken sandwiches with mayonnaise and lettuce I have a problem with your business. I have been to pretty much every McDonald's in Frankfurt, Orland park, and Tinley Park and I can confidently say this is the worst of them all. McDonald's always has their place open till midnight...so how come after 930pm this McDonald's is never open and always hides in their drive through. Not to mention how they have a sign that says 2 lanes use either lane... Then they have traffic cones blocking that second lane from being used. Finally it just takes forever. 3/6 of the times I went here I waited an average of 28 minutes in the drive through, that's not gonna work for me. Workers reading this prolly thinking good we don't care if you don't want our business your just one person, that kinda mentality is what closes down businesses why do you think Panera bread left Orland and Tinley Park. Idk if it's just bad workers, bad management, or what but whatever it is it doesn't rly matter anymore cause I'm never coming here again I'm not mad over it I'm just writing this so you all know this is literally one of the worst McDonald's in Chicago area
