Waitress was great and food was solid. Really quick getting our order. But… the Hostess at the door was plenty rude and seemed to not want to be their at all. No smile or anything either and even spoke with a monotone voice. She also told us we were next but told others the same and sat them before us. Even when we said thank you etc we got no answer and just a blank stare. But our waitress was great though and food was solid. Just wasn’t a big fan of the Mac n cheese as it seemed more gravy like than cheese like. Steak for a porterhouse could be thicker but it was tasty as was the sweet potato!
Major disappointment....Had Reservations for a party of 22 (...celebrating my niece birthday, and nephew graduation). Turned out we were 2 people over. Management refused to attempt to accommodate. There were 5 'empty' booths surrounding our party (...2 on one side, and 3 on the other). We were told our 2 extra people could NOT sit at the booths. They were sent to sit alone, at the bar. Meanwhile, NO ONE else was sat at any of the booths. They were ALL empty, the entire time that our group was there.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat, sadly every time we go the wait is super long. This last time we went online and got put on a wait list. 40-50 minute wait. Then we get there and we're told he had about a 20 minute wait. The waiter was very friendly, the food was delicious as always. We will definitely be back. Can't get enough of the parmesan chicken. Mmmmm mmmm mmmm
? Delicious!!! I no longer need the menu. I'll just order this everytime I go. ? I highly recommend the ribs or parmesan crusted ribeye steak with broccoli. Oh and less not forget the mash ??
Affordable steak house. Chain restaurant with a nice menu and comfortable, rustic atmosphere. Our steaks were prepared as we ordered them (not over/under cooked). Our server was friendly and pleasant. There was no wait for a table during peak dinner hours on a weekday.
Ate there again yesterday. The grill shrimp dinner for me, porter house steak for husband. My shrimp, salad and rice were nearly perfect. My husband's crispy Brussels sprouts with his large steak, he said he enjoyed very much. Always a good spit to go to.
My husband and I came in 3/6/22 around 1245pm.We were instantly greeted at the door and sat right away. Our server Carlos came over right away and was very pleasant. We got the chicken wings for an appetizer. They were delicious!!! I order the 6oz Sirloin well done with a side of the DELICIOUS mac n cheese. The food was cooked correctly and so tasty. My husband got the burger and fry’s. He was really impressed. The bread they bring to the table before the meal is so warm and soft. This was our first time back in years since Covid and we will def be back sooner than later. Thank you longhorn for a delightful experience
Food was good , onion soup and onion dip. Great they open til late and wasnt a long wait
I love this Longhorn!! My family and I literally eat here at least once a week sometimes twice-- I have the receipts to prove it! The food is Always fresh and delicious!! My kids love salads because of this Longhorn!! I love a great steakhouse-- I patronize the Finest Steakhouses in Downtown Chicago, the food and the value at this location is definitely top notch too!!
