The last 2 times I've been there I was told they had no original ckn.. how do you not have chicken at KFC?????
Simple bucket order and they gave us cole slaw instead of mac & cheese. It was not busy when we went inside to order so that was not the issue for getting the order wrong. Called twice when we got home and they never answered. Chicken was fine, the mashed potatoes were so salty that you could not them, biscuits were they star of the meal. At $28.00 those were some expensive biscuits! Check your order before you leave the restaurant.
Terrible service!!!!I stopped by to make an order and was told I had to make the order 48 hours ahead of time?!!!!!Don’t recommend them at alll!!!!
You can't beat KFC's chicken. Don't even try. Often staff can be Surly or overworked and that's okay because it's worth the wait
Ick ick ick! The chicken was so dry and nasty! Why will they serve that to customers. Where is the manager for crying out loud?
I had a very special request which involved this store to prepare several orders in a timely fashion over 2 days. Jessica the manager and all other employees made sure everything was PERFECT! Very satisfied. Thank you
I feel sorry for this KFC they can do much better. I hope they re-train or replace their staff from the top down. I just moved to this area and was happy to have one so close. But now I know why this location is deserted, service is horrible, food is old and most of the time out of stock of what you want. I really like KFC but this one is being mismanaged and needs to change or close down. Everytime I pass by it's empty and I know why. Makes me sad.
Ordered a 10pc deal. Got home and put in fridge til dinner. Only got 8 pcs and it sure does not look golden brown like the pictures. It's dark and half of it isn't even breaded. Disappointing KFC. I expected better
Never will we come here again. Chicken was burned. A waste of over 35.00 . Knew I was in trouble unpacking the bag. Hot sides were on top of the Cole slaw. Had to throw it out. Just garbage.
Ordered Nashville hot tender combo and received it packaged in a container with dead ants all over it. I threw it back in the bag because I was so disgusted before decided to write a review so most of them fell off the box. Tried to call the location multiple times with no answer.
