Ordered for delivery over an HOUR ago and never got our food. Called and they refunded us but won’t deliver our food because they ‘close in 5 minutes’ and the delivery man is out making a delivery. Absolutely Bogus.
This location never seems to have delivery drivers anymore…

Food is great! But if you plan on getting delivery, you’re better off just picking it up. This store is not “Freaky fast”!
Not sure what is going on but this location is clearly having a hearing issue lately. The last month or so you have to repeat your order 3-4 times and they still get it wrong! You ask for no Mayo guess what you’re getting mayo! You ask for them to cut it in half, ya that’s not happening either. This has happened multiple times and I’ve had to stop them while making my sandwich to tell them things are wrong. With the amount of people behind the counter (6 or more) you think they could get it right.I would not trust this location to make your sandwich properly, especially for delivery.
Super nice staff. I always screw up my online orders and have had to call in quite a few times to correct it before it got delivered. They are always very nice and fix the errors I made, without getting irritated with me.
Repeatedly mess up my order, don’t bother ordering online because its just faster to order when you get there. And now all of a sudden they wont let you in without a mask again And screamed at me as i walked in… i was there a week ago and masks were not required. I drive a truck and can not park close to the restaurant. I just left.. i eat there atleast once a week. They just lost my business.
The manager of this store is the rudest person I've ever met. It's extremely disappointing that 50% of the order delivered to us was wrong and it took THREE times coming out here for them to get it right. However, mistakes happen and we're happy to be patient. We order from this store about 3 times per week. But the manager, Justin, was unbelievably rude. As if WE were the ones making the mistake. He literally yelled at one of us and hung up on another. I checked my app and we spend on average about $100/week at this store. Sad to say I will no longer patronize this place. Mistakes happen. How they're handled is what matters. Epic fail.
Their roast beef sandwich had one slice of roast beef on it definitely do not give you enough food to eat. Mostly bread and lettuce and skimpy on the mayo. If your looking for a bread and lettuce sandwich then it's perfect.
