Not bad.*update*I realized that I use certain phrases in a different way. What I mean by "not bad" is surprisingly satisfying; their food.4 stars is as high as I go 99.999999999% of the time. I reserve a 5-star review for something that blows my mind. ?
I would just like to state that first off, I've never actually been there. Only ordered online twice for delivery. I'm not rating the store's cleanliness or anything like that.For the meal itself, the sandwiches I ordered were literally drowned in mayo (and I didn't even ask for mayo). I'm just thankful they didn't put the cheese on there, because then I would've had to call them and would have asked for a refund.I will say that this is one of the only sandwich shops I know of that carries Mountain Dew soda. For that they get 2 stars. The prices are terrible though. $16 + tax for a sandwich with bacon, and a drink? I mean I'm not cheap, but that's a little high if you've been to other sandwich shops.
Fast and friendly service, very personable. I made an error on my order, and they were very gracious about it. Very much recommend
Absolutely appalled how this business handled and spoken to a customer. Messed up my order and then would not take the appropriate steps to comp my purchase or re-make it.
They have excellent service. They wore mask and were very pleasant. The Best sandwich is the Big KuhunnaAsk to have it Mikes Way!
Very disappointing. I love JM but this visit was horrid. I notice that employees at many branches dislike when people order a mini. Half of my customized ingredients were missing, and this sandwich was dipped in mayo so it became soggy and inedible. They also only cut the top part of the sandwich in half so I had to complete it at home.The Red Wine Vinegar, Jalapeño Peppers, Oregano, Lettuce, and Cherry Pepper Relish WERE ALL MISSING: This is careless and lazy. If Jersey Mike's offers customized toppings then they should honor them, OR not offer mini sandwiches which don't fit extra ingredients to begin with, rendering employees frustrated over crafting a measly sub. I paid almost $7 for this mess..I am not a happy camper.
Food was good. Service was fast and all special instructions were followed.
I had steak beef sandwich in which it was good but I want to try different sandwiches sometimes.
Place was pretty busy, but the three workers were polite and doing an amazing job, best experience I’ve had at jersey mikes tbh
