Our waitress Meghan was great! Checked on us frequently, order was correct. Always clean inside everytime we go. Great food and great environment! We've not had a single bad encounter at this location.
My wings and shrimp was drenched in oil. I couldn’t eat the wings (because of the “butter sauce “) and the shrimp were over cooked. I called to speak to a manager named Taylor. She explained that it’s not grease it’s “butter sauce” and that the shrimp is cooked on a timer. I understand… and I know when shrimp is over cooked. I’ve had better experiences and never had this problem. Anyway, she gave me a credit for my “next” visit. I appreciate it, but if a customer is calling you telling you the food is not edible. Listen to the customer. She talked over me trying to explain the protocols in the kitchen instead of listening to a regular customer who had better food and know when shrimp are over cooked. Instead of apologizing for the bad experience and trying to figure out if the cook even paid attention to the “timer.”The manager could’ve handled this better.
Standard fare. Prices for food were quite reasonable. Chicken wings were cooked perfectly. Restaurant was clean. Service was friendly. They asked if we had a reservation which might mean you won't get a table during peak times? Get a reservation just in case. Plenty of parking. Pitchers of beer, mixed drinks, and specialty cocktails are available.
Poor service from manager to a paying customer that frequent this location! Disappointed
They packed my order of chicken wings in a paper bag & must've tipped the container while packing the bag. When I got home, I found the entire bottom of the paper bag was saturated in grease and now, so is my car seat.The picture is after the first attempt to clean the stain.Stick with the plastic bags for chicken wings.I've submitted two requests for a call back & haven't heard a word.
Very disappointed with the Orland Park location. My party had reservation at 8:30pm and the food wasn't served until 9:40pm; moreover, the restaurant wasn't even crowded. The worst part of the restaurant was the filthy bathroom, which is unacceptable, especially when there are employees just sitting around talking with the hostess. I am embarrassed that I recommended this location for a birthday dinner.
The last time we came here, we had a terrible experience at the bar. The bartender forgot an item even after asking 3x and she was focused on her side work mainly even though they were not closing for another 2.5 hours and was rude anytime we asked for something. But today we came in the evening and the bartender, Ali, was great from the moment we sat down. We had an issue with our meal and she fixed it right away with the manager. Her attitude is very welcoming and she was polite the whole time.
Consistent and tasty pub food in an upbeat sports atmosphere. What can be said about Hooters that they don't say right on their own t-shirts? Great service, reasonable prices and good quality.
Hooters is hooters. It is good food, at a good price. You know exactly what it is going to taste like. The servers were very prompt with the quality of service. First time at this location and I was content overall with all aspects.
We have been going to this Hooters for a very long time and used to love it. Everything from food to service has gone down hill. Wings were very small, cold and very expensive. The greeters / hostesses are unprofessional. They laughing at customers when they turned them away and told them that it would be a 2 hour wait. The restaurant was empty except for the bar. Hostesses and waitress just standing around. Once we were seated at a table that had been open the entire time we stood waited ( 1 hour) we ordered 50 wings, 1 bowl of fries and 3 waters. It took over an hour to get our food. Sad the food was cold and they forgot our fries. We are sad to say we will not be back. Do not waist your money and time.
