I love Freddy's and Its one of my favorite places. The only issue here is the staff. They almost always are pretending to be closed 30-45 minutes before closing time. Almost every time I've been here within 30 minutes of closing, I've had to literally convince them to take my order even though they were actually still open. If it happened once or twice, I wouldn't care, but it's clearly a daily issue. Besides that, they have the best burgers, fries, and cheese curds!
This place was great when it opened, service was fast and the food was good. Most recently the drive thru has been terrible. A few weeks ago, I spent close to 40 minutes in the drive thru and that was with only 3 cars in front of me when I entered the que. it took about 30 minutes to get to the window after I ordered and another 10 minutes at the window once I paid. I know places are short staffed, but times like that are not going to get repeat customers.On a plus, the food was hot and good.
I asked for a cheese burger was charged for a double cheeseburger then I had asked for a sweet tea which they gave it to me warm with no ice. Just because she was mad. Never will I ever come back to this store. Rude long drive thru time and can't get you're order right don't waste ur time
Don’t come here for anything but a shake… been here a few times each times an the food is trash.. shakes are great.. fry’s too skinny like steak an shake.. some kid JUST messed up my order as well… CHECK YA BAG
Ordered 3 hot dogs & 2 orders of fries & was charged $26.50. Was at Portillo's 2 weeks prior & ordered the same for $13.00. Called & talked to a manager & he hung up on us. Hot dogs were nothing to brag about & the fries were the worse. The hot dog was on a piece of Texas toast rather than a bun. Strongly suggest going to Portillo's a block away from there. They are 100 times better & way cheaper. Will never go back or recommend going there ever again. Terrible service all the way around.
1st time hereMeat dry ordered jalapeño burger had only 4 jalapeños for a big burger no mayo no mustered. Fries cold.
Ordered some food. Grilled chicken sandwich was undercooked made me sick. All they had to offer was to make another one but it was hard to eat knowing you just ate an undercooked one.
The lady taking our order via drive thru was basically rushing me. Forgetting an item. When I pulled up at the window I asked if I can add a sundae for my daughter and she quickly mentioned how there are no add ons at the window. After telling me she started shaking and looked around her, making sure no one else heard what she said. I’ve never been told that I can’t do any add ons especially if my food take an additional 3-5 mins to make. Make sure you guys have a big sign that says no add ons at the window. This was Thursday 12/30 at 1150am just so you can check who was at the window at the time.
I love this place! They are always so kind and helpful, and I love the food. Always has a huge line and always works to get everyone's orders out. Love this place and the window weekday workers ?
The food and custard are great. However, what really made it great was the staff. The girl working the register and the guys in back were so polite and helpful. We went on Thursday night 12/2/21 around 7:30 so I hope management takes notice.
