Same great food in the Orland Park location. Great parking and a small patio to eat outside in case you have your dog with you. Reasonable prices.

I was just recently picking up some burgers and a drink for my dad as he absolutely LOVES Five Guys. One of the workers, Jay, was an absolute gentlemen treating me very kindly and it truly made my day. He went above and beyond with kindness, smiles, and compassion for his customers. I am always happy to see people who love their job. That man deserves a raise.
employee was very nice. they finished making the food in about 10 mins even though i ordered a lot. haven’t tried the food beacuse i’m fasting but it smells very good.

Amazing burgers. Amazing milkshake and fries. Cons. Limited indoor seating. Prices are really expensive. You’re looking at $20 a person easy.

For the past couple of months, the customer service has taken a nose dive. Online orders are consistently incorrect, consistently forgetting to give you drinks, etc. Also the store hours listed online are not properly updated/reflective of the actual store hours.
