Your donuts are tiny and overpriced! I ordered a dozen with several choices and the employees gave me what they wanted and can’t sell. I won’t be back I but donuts at Thortons. They have good sized donuts and they don’t get stale in 30 minutes! Hey, Dunkin’!!! Get a clue! We are NOT coming back! I’m going to Thortons!
I order the same thing every time and the coffee I receive is always consistent! The workers are kind and efficient. I have a pleasant experience every time.
Yelled at my wife just for using a cupón that they give us and started to tell her that she’s not welcome there and that we should leave but the so call manger was starting to get more mad for no good reason and started over doing things almost hit my wife with the mechanic when she was going to pay ! This lady shouldn’t even work for Dunkin if she doesn’t like it and doesn’t know how to be with others. Told my wife too that she was going to call the police just because my wife was laughing on how mad she was getting for no good reasonDoes anyone know who’s the owner to get this lady fired !
Why is my donut taste like it has been sitting there for a day or 2. Old fashion donut? more like an old donut. Come on now you can do better!
They forget to do two of our teas half water and half iced tea. Other than this they are always wonderful
Place was open late for drive through only. They were quick to take the order but took a little time to fill it. It was made fresh and correct, they were just staffed low late at night. Plenty of parking outside and three different spots to drive in this corner store.
It was my first time at this location. Service was fast and the coffee was good. Ill visit again when I'm in the neighborhood.
Horrible service! Rude and will never go to this location again. After waiting for someone to greet us at the drive thru we said hello and the lady yelled at us to wait throughthemicrophone. Nobody was in line or inside the doors had already been closed only drive thru open. She continued to be rude and shouldn't be in customer service. Clearly from the reviews this rude woman hasn't been taught proper customer service skills.
Had to park on the side to wait 15 minutes for one medium holiday blend coffee with oat milk. I don't understand why? I actually didn't even get it yet. I'm still waiting. I hope I get it eventually. It was just one coffee. Oh yay I just got it.
Hello , my name is Mohammad Sheikh, i am a regular customer of your company and i enjoy your products. I recently moved to Orland Park IL about 5 months ago. On my way to work and back i go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, there always a little rude but i shrug it off. BUT RECENTLY THEY BEEN TREATING ME TOO BAD! YESTERDAY NIGHT ME AND A FRIEND GO TO BUY A REFRESHER, we know how the refresher tastes we always get it. We pull up to order and no one greets us, so we assumed they were busy, after 4 minutes we started saying “hello” BOTH WORKERS REPLIED AT US YELLING THROUGH THE MICROPHONE! They both replied “WAIT” and “WHAT” . We ordered our drinks and mine was a little heavy but fine, while my friends drink looked like the whole bottle of refresher was put in it, we drove away but we decided to go order another drink, NOT exchange. We pull up to the window and the lady starts yelling at us “NOT TO COME BACK”. I asked her what she can do and she replied YELLING, “I GIVE REFUND, NEVER COME BACK.” I was extremely disrespected and uncomfortable the whole community knows about the place, its disgusting . Is this what dunkin serves? Attitude? Later we asked her if we can order another drink because he didnt get anything she said no i cant take care of you. I ALSO TOOK A VIDEO WHICH EXPLAINS ALOT MORE AND IN READY TO POST IT ON TIK TOK, FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. I WILL SEND THE VIDEO IF YOU NEED PROOF
