159th and Haven Ave. Slower than slow can get, Orders are always messed up. 2 cars ahead of me all I wanted was a coffee had to wait 18 minutes. Not worth it the coffee tasted burnt.Gone to many Dunkin' donuts they are the worst. Within the last year they changed. Miss old employees, These employees are the worst!!?????

Came to this location, drive thru line out past the street, and the three doors were locked. Yet they had a select few people they allowed in to dine. It’s the same problem over and over. The person makes you wait at the speaker for almost five mins before they respond. This location is a disgrace to the Dunkin’ Donuts name.
The first time I went there the workers gave me exactly what I needed and at record speed, these guys are the best.
Stopped to get my son a donut since he was running errands with me. There was no line and the service was courteous and prompt. And to my delight there was a cute message on the bag. Way to delight!
I was at this location on 2/7/22 and the cashier at the drive through snatched my card out my hand, otherwise it wasn’t an all bad experience as bad. I will say the hot chocolate I bought was not good. It was watery; I really didn’t taste chocolate more than I did water. The last time I had hot chocolate from any Dunkin’ I had the white chocolate; and I understand that’s an seasonal thing, but it had great flavor and the hot chocolate I got today was not worth my $3.
This Dunkin is great always good service great attitude especially the curly hair kid what a people person keep it up kid ?!!

Love this dunkin but, their donuts seemed to not be baked all the way through because my donut had a doughy consistency. Donuts interiors shouldn’t stretch like cheese…
On the cup it says “get the loyal treatment” but every time I come here I get nothing but horrible treatment. Barely of the employees can speak English and they always mess up my order. It makes me angry and wanting to never come back. This place doesn’t even derserve one star.
