The drive thru speaker is horrible and hard to communicate with the person taking the order. You would think a business that relies heavily on the drive thru would spend the money to get it fixed so you can understand the order taker.

Beyond just simply rude and ignorant, the irrogance and unproffesinoalisim here is not only rediculous but it's straight up uncalled for! You ask 1 little question and it's nothing but attitudes. Ill drive farther away to a different one, I'm not dealing with all that just for a simple coffee!!!! They don't put the lids on all the way and my friend that has Cerebal Palsy with one working arm asks them to make sure they're on all the way and secure so they don't spill on him again in the car and they tell him he needs to stop complaining... Really don't know how they sleep at night! That was my last straw with this location!

Avoid this place. It’s now for Muslim Islamic only. They just don’t understand English.Got a COLD breakfast croissant and Mocha Latte and 2 sales receipts!Not much hope for Orland Park as we are seeing it change fast.

If you thinking about ordering ice cream cake from any baskin robin’s think twice.Second time they messes up my order. But this time there was no cake. Call 2 days earlier and still no cake. I don’t need your donuts. I need cake for my child birthday. It’s better to pay more and go with real creamery !!!!!

I go to this Dunkin’ every morning, but as of today I will stop. I order from the drive thru and the lady taking my order was having difficulties understanding English she had to have a worker translate. But after all that my order was all wrong, I get this is fast food but I don’t appreciate someone being rude to me due to being an American.

Dunkin donuts need to be ashame of there selfs for these palm size donuts ...dry and hard ...donuts not fresh..keep your money and go to a local neighborhood business

went up to the box to order and was ignored for a very long time, to the point that 5 cars built up behind me. i said hello 3 times but no answer. i pull up to the window and i hear her taking the next persons order. i question why she ignored me when i was at the box, and she said it’s because the box is broken. i said, “if the box is broken why isn’t there a sign on it?” and she straight up ignored me. i asked to speak to a manager, waited even more time, and then was continued to be ignored.
