With the current status of our country I am trying my best to help small business out and order to pick up or carry out. I decided to visit this Dunkin yesterday. Not only was the employee short with me at the drive through she didn't even thank me when I got around to the window. Just hands me the stuff and BAM shuts the window. You can do better. We have choices to make right now. Who do we want to help out? I won't be helping this particular Dunkin again.

The tea and donut hits the spot at 2:30-3 delish. Love the coffee too, but when it's cold tea is it for me.

Donuts were very dry. You should put glass casing so they stay moist longer.

Very nice, clean and very honest customers. When I came in,to go to the washroom when someone picked up my credit card that I thought I lost,on my way to the washroom. There are still good people out here so thankful!

Been coming here since they opened. I order the same thing everyday. In fact I ordered the same thing this morning and ordered the same thing on my way home from work today. My total was different and I asked why. She said because whipped cream and Carmel is extra. Despite the fact that I have the receipt from this morning where i had no additional charge. Won’t be coming back. When I asked her about the charge she said “you don’t have to order from here”. You’re right lady. I also won’t be coming back! Spend your money at another location.

The person behind the counter wasn't very friendly. I decided to bring my daughter to Dunkin' to get some munchkins after grocery shopping. I told her she could pick 3 of them. As she was choosing, the guy interrupted us and he asked how many we wanted total in a curt, annoyed voice. I said 6. So we resumed our selection and in mid-pick, again asked how many total we wanted. Again, I told him 6. He started looking around and two co-workers came and wanted to know from him what was wrong. He didn't really answer them. I finished and paid and that was that. I know, nothing *bad* happened, nothing dramatic, but it just annoyed me. He seemed annoyed that my daughter was choosing and it was taking longer than someone who already knows what they want. All in all, I have no reason to go back. Whenever we go to Starbucks, the people are always very friendly and are patient when my daughter orders her own food.

Glad they now have a "gluten free" option to go with their great coffee.

Great coffee! They ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT "BOSTON" MEANS when you order your coffee that way! Good for you guys and for me! :D

Good service. Apple fritter? Was nothing biut a apple jelly filled donut. Suggest they take it off the menu. Muffins were dry. Very disappointing.
