Visited on 7/27/22. Store was dirty. Customer service was bad. Ice cream was like soup.
The dude behind the counter was clearly checked out, lol. He barely put any mix-ins in one ice cream, and left half the mix-ins on the counter instead of with the ice cream for the other.
Great place, beautiful location to hangout and have ice cream. The selection of ice cream is so amazing it takes forever to finally decide what you wanna get. Decent price too for such gourmet ice cream. Will definitely be coming back for more!
My recent visit to this place was delightful. My parents and I stopped by this place to pick up some ice cream to go. The ice cream we got was good: I ended up getting the Founder's favorite (chocolate chip, pecan, carmel over vanilla).The service was good- our server was helpful and did a great job. I'll definitely be coming back at some point down the road.
The tall, thin, and dark hair guy usually has such poor customer service but today he seems to have taken it further. Perhaps his parents own this particular store because upon asking him for a sample of their new plant based ice cream his reply to me was “ I don’t give samples” as though it’s his call to make. Nonetheless that’s poor service in my opinion. How am I supposed to know if I want a cup of your NEW ice cream? It should be noted that their seating is open again and this Covid is not the reason for this.
Delicious choices, clean establishment, safety in regards to COVID, and while I wish the prices would go down by like $1 lol, Coldstone is a wonderful place to go even in the dead of winter. Try their blueberry smoothie!!
Everybody saying that this place is terrible really worried me but never judge a book by its cover! Great service great people! Everybody leaving bad reviews are people who treat the workers terribly and get rude service back known from experience and seen it
I saw this young man working he looks 15 but acts 30 Very professional and amazing experience! Definitely coming back to this place no doubts
Delicious food, and very nice employees. My personal favorite is the cookie don’t you want some.The only annoying part is the names of the ice cream and sizes. I always feel like a fool when I say “can I have a gotta have it of cookie don’t you want some?” Other than that, the ice cream is really good
Love this location .its the best cold stone in cook county .clean and great atmosphere store.Ice cream and waffles are freshly made.The manager is really sweet and helpful,he gave my little kid free ice cream for his birthday and that made my kiddo so happy , he was amazed with the way the Ice cream mixed on the stone.Customer satisfaction guaranteed.Really thank you all for such great experience as always ,will see you again soon . ❤
