What I like about Cinnabon is that the quality of the product is well- maintained freshly baked and mixed with the flavorful aroma of cinnamon will make you indulge and have a great food experience whether we enjoy it at home with our family. The taste is simply heavenly Delicious. I always ordered the classic cinnamon rolls, it was best paired with hot or cold coffee. Staff was friendly, very informative and personable. They are great handling their customers. They really ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Whenever I ordered to this location I was fully satisfied with the services and especially the food. Cinnabon didn't disappoint me when it comes to the quality of their food. Keep up the good work guys.

I used to work there years ago lol. All the old workers when I was around are long gone now, but the Cinnabons are really tasty.
Placed an order on Grubhub for a classic 6 pack. The recipt the grubhub driver handed me also said Classic 6 Pack, however Cinnabon gave the Grubhub driver the Mini-Bon Pack, and not the classic 6 pack. Tried calling the store, no one answers, and you cant even leave a voicemail because you get the "Voicemail box is full" error message.
Staff needs more training on the technical things. And they need to cheer up ?
The worst location I’ve ever visited! Doesn’t even taste like the original cinnabon! Save your money and go somewhere else.
The people did not wash their hands and not wearing gloves. Disgusted. Cinnamon rolls looks like they got ran over and pushed down.

The manager at this store is creepy and irritating. He kept forcing me to do the buy 3 get 1 free deal when all I wanted was a small lemonade. He continued this with the rest of the customers and kept pressuring them, it was so aggravating. And I can tell the customers were getting annoyed about it too and I don’t blame them. Overall, he made me very uncomfortable because he kept calling me “honey” I love Cinnabon but I will definitely not be back unless he’s not there.
I took my daughters to the mall just to get out and have some Daddy-Daughter time. Part of any fun mall trip for us is a sweet treat from Cinnabon. But Cinnabon at Orland Mall is amazing. The food is always fresh and even better than the food is the customer service. We always see Sergio. He makes the experience even better, but everyone there is great. Highly recommend. We will be back!
