Started off good, and now its absolute trash. Ordered online for delivery, paid extra for everything and all i got was a half empty bowl. Didn't even get my chips that i paid for. Place is garbage
Have you ever heard people say you don’t know unless you try? Well don’t try this chipotle! Ordered for pickup and when I got home my drink wasn’t in the bag. They were not even busy and I swear the double chicken I ordered wasn’t even 1 scoop. This will be my Last time I order pickup and last time I go to Orland for Chipotle. I hope this place fails. Don’t waste your money. I can’t believe I spent 18$ on a burrito bowl. I really wish I had a picture to show you guys
Ordered via Chipotle app ahead of time (15 min), drove up to the drive thru window, was left waiting for 20 min until the order was ready. It was 3: 40p in the afternoon, not even a busy hour but the crew didn't seem to bother to care when the app order came in.Brought the order home and found that one of my side order was missing. The quesadilla comes in a container with three sides. How hard would it to forget to fill three sides?My past couple of orders at this place were not bad but it seems that the customer service is going downhill already.
Chip bag had a hole in it. Like 8 chips yall charged me 1.10 for this the chips salty and stale. Worse experience ever from chipotle. Surprisingly disappointing!
Horrible. I started going to the location in Mokena after the OP one closed. And I will continue to go to the Mokena location. 10x better, staff is nicer, and it is cleaner with better parking!I came here with my cousins not too long ago and ALL of our orders were so unsatisfying! The place is FILTHY and tiny. Barely any parking spots, for a new location - the drink machine was broken, the portions were small. I miss the old location - better parking, more room to sit, and the employees were nicer.Also, this goes for any Chipotle location - I hate the chipotlane/ordering online. I understand for those who have a busy schedule and whatnot... but what is the point of ordering if the bowls aren't even properly filled. Paying so much for very little! I would just rather go inside and order rather than ordering ahead and/or using the lane.
This location is horrible. Oh how I miss the people at the old Orland Chipotle. They never answer the phones, they have screwed up my order multiple times and given me different meat, and they are always out of salad dressing. The portions are extremely small. I thought I caught them on a bad day but went multiple times more and the bowl is only half-filled. The Chipotlane is also always really long. Sadly, I have to drive to the other locations now. It’s a shame because I couldn’t wait for this new location.

I NEVER write bad reviews, but wow this chipotle just really knows how to disappoint. Not only is the service awful the workers seem miserable. By far the worst chipotle I have ever been too.
Every time I order online at this location they give the absolute smallest portions EVER. They made my bowl completely wrong a few times, and I have the simplest order ever. I ordered a bowl for me & a family member and he ordered extra white rice and extra chicken, the portion they gave us wouldn’t even fill a 5 year old. When you go in you always have to ask for a little more for everything because they are so skimpy on portions that it’s ridiculous.
This must be intentional. I ordered an item for delivery. My work place is about half a mile away. The burrito with double rice, double salsa, and more came about the size of my palm it is almost like a joke or something. I find it very insulting that you can probably feed a family with the amount of money I just spent and they made it as if there was only supposed to be rice inside. Where is the food? People don't give you their money to be treated like this. This is a mess just like the government and Biden administration. Get a clue. Go home if you don't want to work. And don't ask the tax payers to help you stay home and be lazy. A bunch of losers in this country. We need God.. we need help.. Don't ever order from this location again. I don't trust them at all now. It should be put out of business if they can't handle what they are expected to do. I really wonder who in their right mind would do this. And actually send it out to someone. A big shame for chipotle. I think the manager should be fired if they can't fix the problem.
