Don't misunderstand the one star rating, Google MAKES you give at least one star, it is not deserved. Aweful service, brown guacamole, soft stale chips, and cold food. That sums up our visit. Literally more employees than customers during our visit. No excuse for any problems at all. We switched to this location after having bad experiences at a location much closer to us. Sadly I will have to be Done with Chili's all together now.
Our take order was not as it should be. We asked for extra rice and extra tortillas. We only got four tortillas total for two orders of fajitas. My chicken fajitas looked like they were not grilled but either put into the microwave or poached. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for the manager to pick up. I understand they might be busy but to leave someone hanging on the phone isn't a good business practice. Chilis has gone down in service and food. I guess they don't want our business.
Steak fajitas were very good. Warm chips with salsa great appetizers and we added spinach cheese dip yummy. Service was great. No waiting. Enjoy
My boyfriend and I went to this Chili’s on May 13th, and the first water glass they gave me was dirty and there was food under table. We felt really uncomfortable having to step on food and I felt grossed out by dirty cup, I had taken a sip out it before I noticed. When they sat us down at the table it was wet and we used our menus to fan it dry. I noticed throughout my time there they didn’t sweep under any of the tables after guest left from them, so the floors stayed nasty. I think it should be standard to quickly sweep up fallen food after each group leaves. The waitresses that helped us were very nice, & thorough and the food was surprisingly really really goods
Beware of this location. My grandchild turned 6 yesterday and we celebrated here! Turned out to be the worst idea ever from beginning to end! I asked for everything that should've been part of service ? Waitress had a bad attitude! Brought partial plates! Some of the beverages were horrible! Better experience at other locations! I will never visit this location again! Thanks for NOT making the birthday celebration special!
Horrible experience! Never has this happened. After we sat down and put in our order; the waitress came over and informed us that 3 cooks left. The managers stepped in. As I applaud they're effort they should have just closed. The guacamole was old. My well done steak was over done and salty, the shrimp was salty as well. My nephew's fajitas (steak) was dry chunks. The other two fajitas were fine. I do applaud the waitress she did an excellent job. Save yourself a headache and stomach problems ( I was up all night feeling like I wanted to vomit).

Awhhhh very disappointed with food☹️Stale chips and watery salsa.Oily drenched hard bacon on overcooked crispy burger.Server was excellent though.Fries were fresh.Strawberry lemonade was good.
The waitress was decent. Unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t. My kids got their food and finished eating theirs before I even got my food because the kitchen messed up. I would have given 3 stars for the waitress except all she told me when she brought my kids food out was your food will be ready in two minutes…I ordered the spicy Cajun shrimp pasta and it wasn’t even spicy in the slightest. Didn’t even taste Cajun.
Chilis changed their chicken fajitas in recent years, the chicken used to be grilled and you could tell it was grilled vs pan heated. When they made this change, we stopped going to Chilis because the Fajitas were the best on the menu. We returned a few years later only to discover the other food quality was either reduced in quantity and quality seems to have also taken a hit. Went back this year after a long hiatus and the fajitas haven’t changed, they’re not bad, but nothing like they were before. Overall not bad, but was better before.
