Had a 30 minute lunch break from work, so I had to get lunch and eat it fast. When I arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy. I went inside to get my order expecting it to take a long time. However, my order was literally handed out to me within two minutes. The chicken was amazing, fresh, and juicy. very impressive for how busy they were.
Just bought two bowls of soup at the Orland Park location. They wedged two bowls of soup into a bag that was too small, and in my attempt to get the bowl out of the bag, I spilled boiling hot soup over my whole hand. The best I could get from the manager was that they only have two size bags and the other one is too big. There was no way to safely get the bowls out of the bag without cutting the bag open. Hey, Chick Fillet, you can figure this out so nobody else gets burned. It isn’t that difficult.

Those that love this place already know it's AMAZING. I get my favorite meal which is A Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with a big of waffle chips (didn't want fries this time), a Sunjoy (Half Sweet Tea/ Half Lemonade) and of course a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Their CUSTOM SERVICE is UNMATCHED. Every business should take a Chick-fil-A training course. THEY ARE TOP TIER ?❤️
This is my favorite store to go to. Orders are always correct, staff is friendly and professional and their drive thru is always fast. And it's a great place to work, my daughter works there. I highly recommend this location.

If I can give this place 0 starts I would. I’mashamed that this location is carrying the Chick-fil-A logo. It starts with the quality of the food. Everything is always cold, right when they hand it to you. Sweet tea isn’t sweet. Nuggets are small and full of veins. Your not allowed to complain. If you try to make a complaint or let management know your order wasn’t right, they don’t even bother to apologize or remake the food. At this location it’s “you get what you get and don’t have a fit “. Or more like “take your food and shut up” Once you pay that’s it. Whatever is In your bag, even if it’s the wrong food you must take it and go. Whatever happened to the southern hospitality and the “‘my pleasure” they use behind everything you ask for. Your lucky if you get some sauce here. Owner Kevin isn’t taking complaints seriously. He thinks he’s always right And has all management brainwashed to not hearing out the customer. He is a disgrace to this company. Sorry Kevin, but your food is disgusting and never fresh. You should work on better customer service at this sham of a restaurant
Courteous and helpful as always. They're efficient and the order expeditors know the menu well and helped out a lot with deciding what we all wanted even though we didn't have a menu in front of us. And she was so patient. Honestly, their service standards are by far the greatest reason we keep coming back, but their food quality (for a fast food joint) is a very close second.
I am NOT impressed! Small, mediocre soggy chicken sandwich with little taste. Waffle fries were few and also soggy and tasteless. The checkout clerk could not figure out how to make change. But amazingly, the unsweetened iced tea was very good. I will not be returning!
I appreciate the fact that they still offer curbside delivery. Speedy and friendly service and food (I ordered waffle fries) was hot and fresh.
