Where do I start. First off my food wasn’t that hot for my cheese to be melted like that. Seem like it was warmed up in the microwave. It was yellow cheese not the cheese I am use to on steak tacos. The steak meat was tender and flavorful but my shells was greasy. The presentation of the food was not the greatest at all which didn’t make my food seem appealing. I asked for a to go cup for my soda, I was brought like a to go soup cup. Also they charge automatically a 18% Gratitude charge without you even knowing. My 3 steak taco meal was $20 and I could have went on 58th kedize and would have spent way lesser, and more Authentic Mexican food. I guess you are paying for all the fancy decorations and Mexican vibe cause that definitely was on point.
Such a fun vibrant restaurant. Great drinks, decent food. Prices weren't to bad. They were a little chincy on the salsa for the chips. Love the fact that they do a margarita flight so now I know which 2 are my favorite and I really enjoyed my meal, but the other meal that was ordered was not exactly as described. But all in all it wasn't bad and I'd definitely go back.
Food was fast and flavorful. My favorite was the flight of margaritas for only $18 bucks. That was a hit. The service was great as well. Guacamole was so good. Just right. Didn’t have to add salt or limes
Dinner was good and staff was extremely helpful. Our waiter Eddie was nice as well.
So we Took my daughter out for her 17th birthday we got there shortly after 9:00 PM once we arrived we were told it was a 25 minute wait for a table to seat us. So we decided to stand at the bar and order drinks in which the bartender was hesitant to serve us. We were given a small booth and dirty menus and we were at a party of six. After being seated one of the host approached our table and began to remove us from the booth and have us wait additional time for a bigger table. So we finally get a table we are seated by the host we were given Room temperature chips and salsa. We had to ask for a pitcher of water and clean cups. We was given a dirty picture of water stain cups and no straws.So we requested for another pitcher of water and straws. We also had to request for a house because we were seated without a host and we waited 20 minutes before everyone’s orders were taken. The food was okay I will give it a 2out of 5. The customer service Was nonexistent and I would not be going to this place again and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone sorry for the bad review but you guys have to do better.
I ordered Chicken Quesadillas from the menu for $10.99 but was charged $15.99. Not right. The quesadillas were not that great but the rice and beans were excellent. You also had a party that got too loud and rude. Dining experiences are to be pleasant. No one wants to sit in a restaurant and listen to an obnoxious female. We all pay for the food and service.
Service was HORRIBLE waiter tried to tell me hot sauce Chile habanero was Mexican steak sauce. Never came until time to get check didn't bring napkins that we asked for after getting our food. Person suppose to be manager said it was nothing he could do. It was my birthday and never got birthday anything.
It was nice, the waitress was okay, my food was great the drinks were great only thing they need a service the bathroom more often keeping soap in there and paper towels.
I finally decided to try this place out since I always drove past it. The food and drinks were good. The staff was friendly. Definitely want to return to try their margarita flight!
Not sure if this establishment was understaffed but it took a while for the waiter to take our food order. Once our food arrived it was not esthetically pleasing. The taste was mediocre. The only good thing about this place is there Margarita Flight, and it's JUST good. Nothing to travel from afar for. Also if you are a group of 4 or more be prepared to pay gratuity. If you are looking for an establishment that practices social distancing... I would not recommend this place. We were placed in a section where tables were very close to other tables meanwhile there was an entire side of the restaurant not being utilized.
