Zharia and Mike were amazing. They had great customer service and they both were very attentive… The food was great and was served to us in a timely fashion. Kash took care of use ! The food was good but so much else going on !!! My shoes were slipping and sliding because someone clearly spilled oil I could barely use the restroom, that only had two working stalls and one working soap dispenser. I won’t be back !
The food was acceptable but nothing to go back for. The service was deplorable. They have no menus, it is a seafood restaurant that serves crab legs, however they did not have the crab crackers, so we were unable to eat the crab legs. One appetizer was bought out after a 20 minute wait, and the gumbo that should have been served with the appetizer was delivered with the main course. The server never came back to ask if anything else was needed or to refresh the drinks. We had to continuously try to get his attention after he bought the food out. After not being able to finish our meal,we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get carry out containers and the bill.
We arrived at this location at 8:30pm and were told a 45 minute wait. At 9:50 when we had not received a text that our table was ready, we decided to go inside to figure out what was going on. After seeing us walk in, they seated us at 10pm. We did not receive our drinks until 10:45 and our food maybe 20 minutes later. We were charged $12 for half a shot and when we asked why the shot was so small we were told that the cup was big. We were rushed out as they were “closing” and the DJ was weak. I will not be returning.
This place is a vibe! Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was very busy but we never felt neglected. The hookah girl was very friendly and accommodating. And the DJ? The DJ set the mood! He was jamming all night! We had to tip him as well. I would definitely return!
My experience at Cajun Boil was amazing. My server Shaye was nothing less than awesome! The food was delicious and came out fast although the place was extremely packed with people. Our drinks were good. Only problem was the nets. Other than that we had an amazing time & I look forward to another great experience there.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY ARE NOT SANITARY!! I CAME HERE WITH A FRIEND JUST TO GRAB A DINK AND A BITE TO EAT. WE WAITED 45mins JUST FOR A DRINK!! LOOK VERY CLOSEY! THERE WERE 10 gnats IN MY GLASS OF WATER!!! I DIDN’T NOTICE UNTIL I GOT A REFILL. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION I ALWAYS HAVE AN ISSUE! THE MANAGER DID NOT ACCOMMODATE ME AT ALL!!!!! THEY ONLY TOOK AN APPETIZER OFF THE BILL THAT WASN’T EVEN MINE BECAUSE IT WAS THE CHEAPEST!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
