The food is good as always but the service sucks. Cashier is ready to go home and very understaffed. Takes all five of our orders and when the food comes out he tells me that no fries come with our orders. We been here plenary of times and have never been asked if we want to add fries. Anyway, he comes back and says it’ll take 4 minutes for fries when I’m already half way through my burger. Very disappointed. Also, you’ll have to wait ten minutes to be able to drink your shake from how frozen it was.
Front manager and kitchen manager very rude. I ordered a bacon slider to go and one of my sandwiches had no top bun so I called to let them know. The restaurant is not cheap so I at least expect my food to be made correctly. So when I called the kitchen manager said I was lying because I had a top to all my sandwiches. Why would I call and make something like that up in which I told him that. After being called a liar by the kitchen manager the front manager said “well what do you want me to do about it” I said nothing and ended the call. I won’t return.
Great tasting food. We had a large party celebrating my daughter’s high school graduation. Our waitress was very helpful and the food is really good. I recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. My wife had a burger that she said was perfectly cooked. The place is clean and they had no issue accommodating out larger party. Great for a casual date night, or for a quick bite after shopping.
The food was great and the person working was very friendly. There are so many options! This time I had the tex mex burger and my friend had the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, both were phenomenal. What really makes the fries is all of the dipping sauces!
This place has that chic-fil-a energy! Where they make your food fresh, perfect timing, a super clean establishment, and AMAZING staff. Every time I come im astonished by all these things again and again. They're a little pricey but its so hard to find good food nowadays and the experience is such a bonus. Thank you Burger21 for hiring the best staff and keeping them. You need to pay them more because I know whatever they're getting paid is not enough for their generously awesome attentiveness and hard work.
Took my kids here. The boy liked the burger. My daughter loved the fries. Both enjoyed the chocolate shakes. The seafood burger was different but enjoyable. Place was very clean. Service was great. Workers were awesome!

Very solid burger! One of the few places where you can actually taste the freshness of the meat. I got the BBQ Bacon burger and it was delicious! The BBQ sauce combined with crispy fried onion and bacon makes a flavorful combination. They also have a wide selection of sauces that you can sample with your meal and I highly recommend the 21 sauce and Thai ketchup. They also have a wide variety of milkshakes. One of the best burgers I’ve had and would definitely come back again.
Took My Nephew here for His Birthday. I enjoyed My food however it could have been hotter. I thought the food was made to order and Our food was not piping hot.
I’m glad Burger 21 has survived! It’s one of my favorite places to stop for a bite to eat. It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the employees are always nice, especially Art who we see all the time when we’re here (he must be the owner?).
